I deal with automotive aftermarket companies on a monthly basis. I cannot recommend. this company. I dont believe they have your best interest in mind. Poor customer service with attitude.

Needed some issues fixed with speakers for my Dad's semi-truck. The team at Stereo West Autotoys were able to repair the speakers and they look great.

I called them around 5:15 pm and asked if they had a fuse holder for a 50 amp fuse and he said yes and he also said that they close at 6 pm and I said "alright I'll be there soon. " I get there around 5:50 and the doors locked. I tried to call them again and know one answered. The lights were on in the store but know one was even working up at the front of the store. Usually this is a great place with great service. I think this is embarrassing because I talked to him and he told me they close at 6. I drove 10 miles there for nothing. I get it. You want to go home, but you still shouldn't close the doors early.

I just had a great experience here. I've had issues with a remote start on my car and tried to have fixed elsewhere without any luck. Doug and the guys were able to fix my remote start and made a new and happy customer! I'm glad to have this fixed just in time for the cold weather. You guys rock, thank you!
