Greatest example of honest business !Mark the owner correct my jumping speedometer in my 74 MB and did not charge me anything also!

Since purchasing our MB GLK 350, we kept going to the MB dealership auto service center until we discovered this place! The very reason why we finally gave it a shot were the high reviews and we were not disappointed. Very personable and accommodating. I LOVE that it's locally owned and not just by anyone but a very reliable and honest owner. We've always had GREAT customer service and have always been satisfied with the services done. Highly recommended!What sold my husband was when we took our car in for service on a Saturday but the owner had a baseball game his son was playing that day. He informed of us leaving for the game and returning to finish our service because we needed it done asap so we could get out of town. He returned later that afternoon to work on our car all evening. We picked it up later that evening way after their operating hours! We were so appreciate of Mark and his commitment to customer service and again, for being personable. :)

Great service! They do what they promise to do. They let you know what's necessary, what's optional, and they don't try to up-sell you. They are good honest people who do good work for less than I was paying at the BMW dealership. I can, without hesitation, give them 5 stars.

I am a classic car collector. My preference is European classics. When I purchased my Mercedes SL I knew I needed to find an independent repair shop as the dealer would put me in the poor house. Mark (owner) and Dane (manager) know Mercedes as well as anyone I've met. They will tell you what needs to be done and what can wait for a later date. On one occasion I needed to get something out of my Mercedes while it was having some maintenance done. I drove my 1968 Cadillac Deville to the shop. Mark was absolutely infatuated with the car. Owning a European auto shop I thought he wouldn't even notice it. Surprisingly, when I asked for a referral on who to do some work on it, Mark immediately stated that he would love to work on the car. He has done all of the work and it is period correct and nearly all original. When I had the opportunity to purchase a Bentley the first place I called was Star Class Motors to get Marks opinion on the car and to see if he would be able to work on it. Mark said parts are easily accessible and if the body and interior where in great shape it would be a good purchase. I've since bought the car and Star Class Motors does all the work. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Really good service. They get things done in a timely manner and have always done so. They now also do interior/exterior detail and did a great job on my truck. Would highly recommend

Today its snowing and most repair shops are closed or too busy for more service. So what a perfect day to lose my phone in a friends Mercedes console/seat area. Lodged nice and tight under the seat with all the control boxes etc. The guys at Star Class Motors not only answered the phone but let us come right down and were able to dislodge my cell asap! I was blown away and relieved! I've never been here before but by the looks of their nice shop and vehicles combined with the great customer service, I can tell why they are highly rated. I would definitively recommend them! Thanks again for your help!!

Great service, everything done correctly and up to Mercedes standards. If you have a Benz and live in Omaha this is hands down the best place to go. Cheaper than the dealership but just as knowledgable about the cars. If you're concerned about the price for repairs then I suggest you get a Kia. Mercedes are expensive by nature but that's what you pay for to have a much better than average car.

Traveling from MD, Mark worked us in quickly to diagnose a problem with my BMW while on the road. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Generously didn't charge us when determined ok to drive. Highly recommend

I have been totally taken advantage from Mark. My husband trusted him for years. I'm done. Got a huge quote to work on one of my cars only to end up selling at auction for a great price and it passed all inspections. Shame on him.

I got scammed here, you are better off going to dealerships. I own a Mercedes e-350 2008. I've been battling my way through life the last few years. My most value tool was my Mercedes. They have a very fancy website but there location looks like trash. The service was horrible.They told me it would be $375 for an oil change! They fixed the problem and I was confident that they did a good job. My girlfriend arrived to Denver and everything was going smoothly until a day before she had to start a job. The car began overheating and she took the car to a mech. The mech told us they fixed it but they missed the main issue with the car. My girlfriend lost her job and had to return to Nebraska. Now we're poor, with no job, struggling more than ever. Heck I'm contemplating suicide!! THANKS starclass!!!!Starclass charged $967 vs Denver $400.
