I will never do business with this store again. Almost 3 weeks for my glasses to be delivered. I received them and I can't read with the new glasses. I use my old glasses and they are fine. They do not have an optometrist in the building. It's done via a video conference. I was told that they couldn't do an examination because of prisms in my prescription. The manager is sarcastic and has no customer service skills. They use a false leader to attract customers. I would recommend going anywhere else for prescription glasses.

Hello. I'm one of the eight family members of which I was completely disturbed by the experience my mom shared with me. So I'm sharing a review from second hand disrespect. There's no reason I should be coming home to hear that not only is my mama upset and was yelled at for the second time, but she also doesn't have her shades because her frames were broken yet AGAIN....I'm not sure why a branch manager would conduct themselves in such a way, I'm confused why there hasn't been any discipline action given as a result from the first complaint and I'm disappointed in the fact that there wasn't any rectification. The fact that the branch manager kept trying to shift the blame, there wasn't an actual apology stated, a credit given, and an immediate display of replacement frames pulled as suggestions, tells me all I need to know about the professionalism of this establishment or lack there of and how they treat their customers. Zero stars. Do not recommend. The audacity.

My mom's frames were broken for a second time at this location. The first incident was reported along with the behavior of the branch manager a request to pull footage was made. This second pair however was damaged by the branch manager, who decided to took matters into her own hands, even though there was another young lady already helping my mom. She kept repeating that a POF document was sign ( waiver that relinquishes responsibility for damaging customer property), that " the frames must have been old" and that " there's wear and tear"... which the frames where not very old and were a luxury brand. There was a lot of arguing, yelling, and back and forth from the branch manager, which from a professional point was not necessary and did not deescalate the situation.Whether or not a waiver a sign, the brand manager damaged the frame beyond repair and didn't take accountability for her actions and did not handle the interaction in a calm and compassionate manner. A genuine apology and sincere effort to make things right would have made a difference in whether or not my family of eight, who all wear glasses and contacts, would continue conducting business with this location.

My Wife ordered three sets of lens from this store. The first set of lens were attempted to be installed by the associate and the associate broke her designer frame. A replacement lens and frame were ordered and offered to my Wife as a replacement. Yet, it was not her designer glasses. The other two sets of lens did not fit her glasses. She was told that she was not entitled to a refund. Please, note: my Wife did not take the measurements of the needed lens for the frame, nor did my Wife send this order to be made. She paid for a set of lens that would fit her glasses. Since the lens did not fit her glasses, please refund her the money spent on the lens. I was told 6/27/24 that the Manager would be available until 6pm to refund my Wife her funds on 6/28/24. When we arrived at the store 5:15pm, we were told the Manager alrea left for the day. No instructions were given to any of the other associates to help us resolve this matter. Why?Thank you.

I am very disappointed with the service that I received from this place. me and my wife paid 2/$79 and decided to have the lenses put in our own glasses we provided which were Tom Fords and Kate Spades. we paid over $600 dollars and it took 3 weeks for the our glasses to come. my wild lenses were about to pop out any moment or the first trip I'm sure they would just pop out. my glasses I had to push so far on my face my eyelashes touch the lenses which somewhere my face wasn't measured correctly because if I wore the glasses how I'm supposed to so I cant see. so now we go back for a refund to find out the ladies that helped us one was fired and the other one act like she didn't know us and hide in the back. so now we have to wait 2 weeks to get a chec. talk about irritated and pissed of and my original lenses they threw out so now I just have a Frame. Terrible experience

What a great experience! From my first contact to the last the staff were so helpful and nice. I scheduled an eye appointment online and was able to schedule it immediately. I was quickly greeted and brought back for the exam. Part of the exam was completed by the tech in person. The rest was completed by the doctor remotely. I know that sounds odd and questionable. But seriously, do you really need the doc in the room to say "number 1. Number 2 or the same". After the exam I went out and picked several frames. The tech helped me choose which ones and then completed the order. Was told it would be 2 weeks to get the glasses back. They came in several days early!Just a side note...my previous frames from another provider were never right, very loose. Tried several times with them to get them fixed and was told they couldn't be fixed. Took them to another place and told the same. Took them to Stanton Optical and they fixed them at no charge in less than 5 minutes!

Was serviced immediately after walking in the door. Had plenty of staff to accommidate guests. Felt staff was honest and kind. Glasses were ready before estimitmated waiting time. Very good experience.
