sprouting minds has been at the center of scrutiny for sometime now, and that does not come with reason. Just one more thing to add to the list ... sprouting minds directors drinking at the pool on a Friday afternoon instead of giving the quality care that we as parents are paying for. I don't understand how all these directors could be out of the buildings all at once and that be ok.

Very diligent and caring staff, always made sure to put children and their safety first. I've never seen a day care truly care about their kids as much as this one even the management team they are very friendly and have very bubbly personalities 10/10 recommended!

This is for the location on Maple. If I could put 0 stars I would. To start off most of these reviews are from employees because the manager asked the whole staff to post a "good review". I pray that parents see this because I believe parents & DHHS need to know what's going on in this facility as I had a child in there as well. because the office just wants staff to continue to lie. So first off with my child she is currently still in diapers & day one she comes home with a horrible rash, & day two as the teacher said out of her own mouth "her private area is EXTREMELY RED" (I don't know if most of you parents know but when rashes happen it's because diapers are being left on for a long period of time, the urine and feces eats at their skin, which leave a bad rash) my daughter is also still being fed by formula and doesn't hold her own bottle & I asked her teacher how she was doing & she tells me "she hasn't ate all day I placed the food in front of her and she won't touch it" mind you I mentioned day one she needs help holding her bottle and eating. So when we got home she was extremely hungry she ate 3 7oz bottles back to back. Which normally at home with me she just needs one every few hours. So to get to the kiddos at the facility which I enjoyed taking care and having fun with, they also have bad rashes as well, diapers aren't getting changed properly, I went into the infant room to help as I notice one baby being fed , the teacher feeding her ends up going to her break. I pick up that child and notice she had BM going up her back (luckily I was able to clean her up well enough that it didn't get on her clothing) as well as her private areas being very red. Some teachers blatantly say that they don't like certain children and will treat them a certain way. I've never seen anyone lay hands on a child but I've definitely noticed how mean they can be to the kids. They play favoritism with the kids big time. They don't EVER sanitize anything, the both times I've worked at this facility I was the only teacher cleaning anything like the nap time cots and sanitizing the toys because they go in the kiddos mouths. As to why everyone is sick in this facility (which the managers make you go in even when you're EXTREMELY contagious). The managers keep enrolling children so the ratio is WAYYYYY off because they can't keep employees. Legally it's supposed to be 6 kids to 1 adult. And that's not happening in there. Most of the teachers complain all day about their job. They act so tired of being there. Definitely will be sharing this info with DHHS as well, because those kiddos need the proper care.
