Be very wary of their billing practices. Don't pay ahead for services because they will pretend they never received payment even after it's proven otherwise. My strongest advice is to stay far away from this practice.

Terrible service. Talked to me like I was 12. Did not take my anxiety into consideration. When talking to me about treatment needed, sounded like they wanted me to spend more than I had to. Will not be going back. No connection with me as a patient.

The website stated that the practice offered emergency dental services, but when I called to find my wife help after she broke her tooth on a Saturday, I had to leave a message and someone was supposed to call me back. After a few hours without a return phone call, I realized that Southpointe Dental falsely advertised that they offer emergency service. If you cannot offer emergency services on a weekend, then you should state that fact on your website and not mislead the public.
