Small Engine Specialists

I've purchased residential lawn care equipment, chainsaws, and also had repairs done to my Exmark ZTR mower at Small Engine Specialists. The customer service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. In fact, on my ZTR, they diagnosed my mower's problem correctly before they even started working on it, which saved a lot of time and money. Their expertise is superior, and they treat their customers right, both in sales and service.

I bought a new Toro MX5050 mower from SES. The first week I used it the deck mount came loose on one side due to manufacturer design flaw. They have brought this up to the manufacturer as it has happened to a few other buyers of this model of Toro. SES did a repair/modification in short time to correct the problem at SES's expense even though Toro has not corrected the design problem. This is stand up first class customer service and they will be my only supplier of lawn equipment for future needs. BRAVO SES!!!!

Wow! My mower conked out, but just 6 business days later, SES found the problem(s), changed the oil, filters and muffler and sharpened the blade. For less that $100, it runs better than it has in at least the past 3 seasons! Service counter staff and technicians were friendly and helpful and recognized I am on a budget. Bought the Toro mower from SES several years ago and they will always get my business.

One of the best experiences when buying lawn equipment (Echo trimmer). Salesman (BB) explained the string spooler extensively. This was my major concern and he covered it completely. This is the 3rd Echo trimmer owned in 35 years - it takes forever to wear one out.

The guys at Small Engine Specialists were awesome. I came in with a bad relay from an old riding mower, not only did they research what one I needed, but they had it in stock and had me checked out within 10 minutes!
