As an Audi owner, routine maintenance is imperative. Knowing that before purchasing my car, I did a lot of research as to who to send it to. SLM is and always has been a trusted place to go for your German vehicle. The mechanics and owner are really nice, informative and honest. I trust them with my car. I have since moved away from Omaha and can say that they are a one of a kind business as far as how well they treat their customers. Miss this place for sure!

Have been going to SLM for many years. Started when they were smaller and have seen them grow substantially. I initially went to them for service on a VW Jetta as they were known for their work on euro vehicles. Since then I have moved into different Audis and their top notch quality work has always brought me back. Though they are a dealer alternative, I would rather go to SLM because of the expertise and level of customer service Alex and his crew provide. Labor rates are not too far off dealer rates.

I took my 4 Series to S Line when the Firestone shop next to my office said "THERE IS OIL EVERYWHERE ON THE ENGINE! ...we're afraid to fix it...come get it."These are words you never want to hear when you love your car. In a panic I found S Line and the guys got me in right away.The did a great job of working with my warranty company and keeping me in the loop. I was never lacking information about my car or when it would be done.The work was done well and everyone I met was really friendly.I hope I don't have to see them to often, but when my car needs a wrench turned...I won't hesitate to call.

Alex and his team are second to none. They pay attention to details, go the extra mile to ensure your car isn't damaged in their shop. Their mechanics take their time and do the work right the first time. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Fair labor rates and none of the games a lot of dealers and larger independent shops play with their customers.

After an unsuccessful attempt at another Audi mechanic shop to resolve an oil pan gasket leak, I took my 2007 Audi Q7 to S Line. They got me in right away. They inspected my car, diagnosed the oil issue (was still the oil pan gasket) as well as some other items needing attention. They fixed all of the necessary items and provided me with a courtesy car while they worked on mine. They kept me informed as to the progress and when something else was discovered as contributing to the leak, Fixed that at no charge. This place is my go to from now on. Very happy customer!

We've been customers of S-Line through the ownership of several cars and we've taken them all to their shop. In fact the entire family, immediate and extended, has taken cars to Alex for service on different occasions. The very first time I took my car to Alex (before we had any experience with S-Line), Alex actually backed me down from the repair I had gone in thinking I needed because, after his evaluation of my car, it didn't need to be done quite yet. We were totally impressed with his integrity to encourage us to hold off on the repair until later. Through multiple oil changes, regular service appointments, a performance tune, etc, we've been continually reminded that S-Line Motorsports is a cut above the rest. What I like best about Alex is that he's never made a recommendation without showing and explaining why the repair was warranted. He's specifically left my car on the stand so he could show my exactly where the problem was when I came back to the shop. There was a time I hard some control arms replaced and when I came in to pick up my car, he first showed me the new arms on my car and then showed me the damaged ones he pulled off. He had purposely saved the old parts to the side as a guarantee that the work was completed. That particular repair was not even a first experience (where some might put on their best performance at the beginning and then lower their service standards down the road). Even after several years of us seeing the way he runs the business (and me telling him that I trust all his recommendations), he is still purposeful in making sure I understand the repair and that I have evidence of the work that was completed. What drew me to leave a review today was a trip to his shop yesterday afternoon. I had texted Alex earlier in the day and asked if he could help me with my license plate bracket that was hanging by one screw. With a trip coming up, I didn't have the time to correct it myself and I didn't want to leave it that way until we returned. He of course said to bring it by. A few hours later I texted him that I was on my way and as I pulled into the parking lot, he lifted up the garage door and had me pull inside. I didn't even have to park my car and go into the office to check in. He was waiting and watching for me from the front of the shop. He removed the old screw and refastened the bracket and license plate with four new screws and I was out in just a few minutes. What impressed me most about that was in the midst of all the other work Alex had going on (and he works on some pretty incredible cars), he made the time for the smallest repair possible. Of course I wasn't surprised by this because Alex always works this way, but I did think it warranted a review so others would know how great S-Line Motorsports is. Of all the businesses we visit and are customers of, thanks for being a place that works in a way that's worth bragging about. We really appreciate you.
