Skin Experts - Papillion

This place is trying to be a spa but only gives medical office vibes. I'm not one to complain about free service but this was the weirdest facial I've ever had and honestly not even worth your time. First of all, the person that was doing my facial that I scheduled with texted me morning of to confirm (after I already did the day before thru their text system) and when I got there they told me I was with someone else and when I asked about it I was told well, Charissa is the manager and was doing b2b marketing. That in and of itself tells me they're just a business and don't care about actual skincare or clients, just getting more money. In the room, I've never gotten a facial before where I didn't get into a robe and the girl stayed in there while I got on the bed. Again, never in my life have had that. She didn't once explain the product she was using or why (just the tool that she was using) or examine my skin prior to working on it. Huh? Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". Listen we all make mistakes but this place is unprofessional and clearly here for profit not because they care about skin health. Their cheaper prices represent the quality.

I had a great experience getting my free facial here from Lynn!I found out about this through social media and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a completely free experience. I learned a lot, and had a lot done, taking closer to an hour than the 25 minutes planned, which was totally fine with me (she asked to make sure)!My skin is very sensitive, and I had some small scratches afterward that healed in 2-3 days. My skin is still very smooth 2 weeks out, so I can tell the exfoliating and other procedures really made a difference.Definitely recommend trying it out!

this was my first ever facial so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a good experience! I did the free quick one to try it out and they sent me home with this "beautification plan" that's actually pretty helpful for me to build a skincare routine.They were really trying to sell me on their memberships and products, which I know is how the business makes money, but I didn't buy anything. I thought everything smelled and felt great, I'm just not super convinced that everything is 100% necessary and not just another product for me to give them money for.I recommend going for their free promotion at least- it was a nice relaxing time and I learned a bit! Just don't feel pressured to commit to a membership or hundreds of dollars in products if you aren't sold. I will say though, all the employees there were very sweet and willing to answer my questions despite also really trying to sell haha

Lynn did amazing with my facial. Clean room, heated bed, talked me through every service she gave me with educational responses to the questions I have. Can't wait to come back!

This is by far the best skincare spa at the best price! If you want to have everything included rather than paying for extras like oxygen or LED and have your concerns treated by experienced estheticians this is the place for you

Worst experience I've ever had. This place only tries to sell sell sell. Bought the lowest price membership because I felt extremely pressured by the women to helped me, plus spent hundred of dollars on products the same day only to find out the service and products give me allergic reactions. Was told I cannot cancel membership without all of my already paid for facials completely going to waste so I called for help. First lady I spoke to said she need to call me back in order to pull up my account (she never called back), second lady was so rude and impatient obviously because she didn't know what to do. She basically told all I can do was cancel and lose all of my already paid for facials with no refund or anything at all, and literally hung up on me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional, there goes hundreds of dollars down the toilet. Thanks for nothing, definitely telling everyone I know to steer clear from this place.
