The experience her in the past 6 months has been very poor. Maintenance items not attended to, rudeness and incompetence from front office. They do not return calls or emails. Safety and security are not addressed in a timely manner. Have now been waiting five days for a maintenance item to be acknowledged - let alone addressed.
