Came back again after a great experience last year thanks to Yelp for helping sponsor us to attend. Had a great time this year bringing my wife and running into some friends! We were able to sample anything and everything we wanted from wine and spirits to even some small snack options. This is such a well organized event. From the entrance at the front of the park, to parking and the check in to the event, everything runs so quick. Longest we waited for anything was 2-3 minutes. Excellent event all around and a gorgeous weekend for it, too!

This event was a tasting of the wines, beers, ciders and whiskey, along with some tasty food trucks. We tried many and enjoyed them all. There were also vendors selling crafts, too. In the back field was a DJ and many picnic tables in the shade. On a hot day, that was useful. The entry included chips to give to the booths you favored, and a listing with room for notes about each beverage. We tried many and must have accomplished enough, as we ran out of chips and tried nearly everything. The trick is sipping just enough to taste, without getting sloppy. We found the wines largely sweet, owing to the lush growing environment of Nebraska. The beers we favor are paler, and we found several good ones. The cider was so good at one location that we brought some home (Glacial Till Craft Cider - blueberry, and peach).Parking there was the cost of admission. The state charges $7/day to park there. There was plenty of space.Worth attending. We'll likely attend next year.

What a wonderful event! We found so many hidden Nebraska gems that will be in rotation in our home bar going forward. Favorites were the Sideshow Spirits canned cocktails and the Angry Squirrel Black Walnut liquer.

We recently attended SIP Nebraska and had a great time! The event featured a diverse selection of wines, beers, ciders, and whiskeys, along with some food trucks. Though I'm not much of a beer drinker, I enjoyed the beers more than the wines, which were on the sweeter side. The cider from Glacial Till Craft Cider, especially the blueberry and peach flavors, was so good that we brought some home. The venue was spacious and well-organized, with shaded picnic tables and a DJ. Parking was $7/day with plenty of space. A special thank you to Meg for supplying us with the tickets. Overall, SIP Nebraska was a fantastic experience with great drinks, food, and entertainment. We're looking forward to attending next year!

Has a great day at Sip Nebraska and what amazing weather! Had some grub from the food trucks and then spent time browsing the vendors and the samples. My mom and I loved tasting wines and ciders we probably wouldn't have otherwise. Visited the goats before yoga too!

Food for purchase: The festival was super enjoyable. The food trucks were amazing and I would have loved to sample everything I could. It did take 20 min to get our pizza and my one complaint is the lack of seating around the food trucks. It seemed everyone was fighting for somewhere to sit and about to throw down to get the next table. The food is of course pricey ($11 burger, $16 personal pizza), but understood. Walking in: parking was easy to access with people directing you to where you needed to go. When you first walk in they check your ID, give you a wristband, a map, a glass, and then you can take however much water you need. It's an affordable festival & instead of trying to charge $5 per water bottle they hand it out. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and care put into this festival. There was a wide array of options from wine, beer, liquor, and food to sample. The lines weren't very long as you could walk from booth to booth right away and the prices of food and drink to take home were affordable. Many had sales going on at the same time. We took the kiddo in but she was obviously bored with nothing to do. Plenty of entertainment and fun to go around without forking out an arm and a leg. This is a great place to bring friends and a blanket so you can buy a bottle and enjoy the entertainment as long as you want. Cannot wait for the fall festival!

My friend and I attended this event for the first time this year and absolutely LOVED it! I was not aware of how many fantastic wine and cider vendors were within my state and it was exciting to know that each and every sample was local to me. Glacial Till is always a favorite for me, and i was happily surprised to see Valas there as well! Places such as James Arthur were new to me, but will now be on my list of places to visit. Each vendor was helpful and kind and provided explanations about the different wines and ciders as well as recommendations based on my tastes. Even though the event was crowded and busy, nobody was bothered or rushed you if you wanted to discus the different selections or hear more about the company itself. There was live music as well as shopping tents and samples of dips to explore as you sample the drinks! The event also hosted a variety of food trucks, which is exactly what I needed after sampling every tent's goodies. Overall this was one of my favorite events I've attended and I would return!

I went to SIP Nebraska for the first time this year and wow was I impressed! It was run really well from when you first drive up to the park and get a day pass/show yours you purchased online. There are many staff who help lead you to the parking area as well as staff who used golf carts to take you to the entrance (talk about VIP treatment). There was goat yoga which I HAD to do and did it the very first chance I had. It was so much fun! There were tons of local ciders, beers, wines, spirits and vendors. You got a cute glass which said Sip on it which they would use to poor ENDLESS samples into your glass. It was truly a magical experience. My boyfriend and I were there for 4 and 1/2 hours. Tons of food trucks there as well to choose from! It was also a beautiful day so it was so nice to walk around sampling away. It was an amazing time and I am so happy I went! :)
