Brant and his co-worker were great to deal with today when we popped in on our way to the airport. He has a passion for skateboarding and based on what's in the store has serious style.My son got some great gear and when we come back to Omaha we will visit again.Great decks, shoes, shirts. He knows what's up.

Last month I was in search of a new hat and decided to pop into their physical store after visiting the online shop several times previously. The staff at their shop are incredibly friendly and helpful. I am not a skater by any means but I love supporting local shops who sell unique products. I tried on several hats and ended up buying one I had seen online. 5 stars x 1,000,000 y'all! I'll definitely be going back post pandemic social distancing. (;

A great place to get a deck! After years of being away from skateboarding I decided to get a new deck. I was not disappointed. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly, listened to what I wanted and accommodated. I walked out of the door with a new GX1000 and could not be happier! I totally recommend this joint.

Bought my first whole set up for a skateboard today. Since I'm new to this, I was pretty anxious about not being very knowledgeable but was quickly relieved to find that the staff here are super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!!! I was very impressed and am eager to stop again soon!!

A super dope little skate boutique. I say boutique because it's a cross between skate and limited edition style skate fashion stuff. My wife and I make sure to stop in every time we visit family in Omaha. Cam and Brant are always super nice a know a lot about the variety of products they carry. My only complaint is the same complaint I have at every store, the lack of sizes for us big fellas. But that's not the store's fault. It's like that with most brands unfortunately. If you want some dope skate related gear that not a lot of other people will have, definitely check them out.

After a real quiet soft opening, Silo is a nice little shop. It is very clean, too. There will always be kids and some adults even, that are into action sports. This is a great spot to get some classic Vans shoes or even just walk by and see some little skate punks putting fresh wheels or griptape on their boards. It brings me back to a time in California where we had little skate shops every few blocks. This one is nestled right next to 13th St. Coffee and is welcome to the Old Market. The employees are nice and if you find the need to get in here, don't hesitate!You might be able to call them, but as of now there is no phone. I like that idea. It makes you have to show up to the shop. When you get there you might be able to jam out to some Rock on the Tivoli. Socks, watches, shorts, etc.. that you need to fulfill your skater image and some cool boards on the wall. It feels very much like a boutique in the manner that they have a lot of stuff, but it does not feel crowded.

I bought the best pair of adidas from this guy. We talked about our all time favorite styles. He taught me about their construction, which was cool, and weird, and then he directed us to this super tasty taco shop. I didnt catch his name, but he was great.

Awesome small skate shop with some great products that you wouldn't expect to find here in Omaha. Super cool staff that are welcoming for beginner skaters and are very helpful. Go check it out!

Great stuff. Cameron was super knowledgeable of the merchandise. He knew of collabs, limited edition stuff, price points and types of fabric used for the items. He backed the quality. Basically, spending the money I spent, was all justified. I like that! He was friendly and personable. All of that matter when shopping. This was a surprising little find in Omaha!

I'm going to start with the TL;DR, which is "this was a fantastic experience and I enthusiastically recommend."The story: we wanted to do something nice for a friend's daughter, and it turned out she reeeally wanted a skateboard. I'm sure my friend was thinking we'd get a cheap one off of Amazon or Target, but I knew just enough to know that there was too much I didn't know. There's too much physics involved for me to just want to read an article or two and choose basically blind. I know skateboarding has risks, but I don't have to put her in unnecessary danger, you know?So I told my husband I was going to talk to a store local to us (we're in Michigan) and have them ship to Omaha. He suggested I look for a shop in Omaha instead, and they could just pick up. (Much smarter!)So I looked, and I called Silo, and ended up emailing with Brant. He was really nice, and SO helpful. I don't even know how much of his time I took up, but he answered every question patiently, sent me photos, etc. We got her a nice house-made board and he gave recommendations for safety gear. At his suggestion, we even left the grip tape off for now so she can decorate it while we wait for the safety gear to come in, and they'll tape it for her when she's done decorating. Absolutely five stars. I am delighted.
