Great Reuben and an even better bartender. Go see John!
Great steak salad and soup.
a burger and french fries on a tray
Boom boom shrimp. The sauce tastes good but the shrimp aren't well prepared.

Grabbed a quick dinner consisting of chicken tenders at the bar. Service was great, nothing special about bar other than convenience while staying at Double tree

I was in town for work and my colleague selected this restaurant based on location. I was apprehensive because of the 3 star rating but was pleasantly surprised at the menu and impressed by the quality of food. The waitress was attentive, polite and made wonderful recommendations. Highly recommend the club sandwich and boom boom shrimp.

This place has decent food as long as you steer clear of the buffets. The Good Life burger was pretty darn good. It was a preformed patty but the pretzel roll and toppings made up for it.The service is great - very friendly staff.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend visiting from out-of-town and had a meal that simply got the job done. Nothing memorable, but nothing awful either. I ordered the DT BLT with a side salad -- bacon was crispy and perfectly cooked, avocado was ripe and creamy. Wheat bread was blah. Something to hold the sandwich together. Could have used a touch more mayo. Almost bit into the little nub/stem thingy on the avocado, but saw it just before I did. That's no good. Was too full from the sandwich to bother with salad, but I took it to-go. Service was friendly and attentive at first. It stayed friendly but got a bit slow when we were wrapping up and needed to pay. But we also had to be somewhere, so it could have been us. $11 for the BLT? A bit steep, but it is a hotel restaurant trying to be a bit fancier than it is.

As much as the Doubletree Hotel here was ok. This place sucked. I ate here for breakfast and decided to go downstairs early at 7 am. The restaurant was filled with travelers in suits. I had a free breakfast buffet ticket so I decided to get an omelet. There were 5 people in line in front of me and only one pan going. What I didn't realize was that people were sitting at their tables waiting for their omelets. The service was so slow I asked to speak to the manager. By that time there was another 4 people behind me. I asked if there was another burner or another way to get these eggs cooked. It wasn't fair to the poor woman making the omelets and it wasn't fair to the guests waiting. She walked to the back while the woman making omelets brought out another burner and put a frying pan on there but it wasn't heating. It wasn't heating because she was using a convection burner with a regular pan. The manager came out to feel the pan and I had to tell them that they need a convection pan in order for it to work. Really people really? With the amount of business travelers that go through that place this is the type of operation they are running? With so many high quality people unemployed how does this woman have a job?

This restaurant is in the Double Tree hotel. Pretty good food for hotel food. Decent meal for what was being served. Staff was friendly and polite. The cost of the meal was high for what it was, but the price is what you expect at a hotel restaurant. Probably won't go again because there are many other places to try which are a lot better.

My review (and photo) is actually for the bar that's across the lobby from the "main" restaurant. A good selection of beers in a smaller setting. Good sandwiches. The "Star" of the place is John the bartender. A great guy who hustles to take care of guests and always has a smile on. Try the Tiramisu for dessert.
