About a year ago I picked up the most stunning opal in Cairns, Australia and I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it - a simple setting to let the light shine through the opal and absolutely nothing to distract from its beauty. I went to Sidrony and the gentleman behind the counter was very patient with me - let me look at the settings to ensure I was describing exactly what I wanted and made small recommendations for the chain and karat of gold. He understood what I envisioned for my stone and captured it beautifully in my order. He called the jeweler out to make sure he captured the order correctly. We had a good chat about where I got it and Australian opals versus Ethiopian opal. It came out exactly how I envisioned and I love it SO much! I couldn't put it down and insisted on wearing it out of the shop. The jeweler mentioned the gentleman I originally spoke with came in when it was finished because he thought it was a beautiful stone and wanted to see how it turned out. Absolutely wonderful! So stunning and so happy with the customer service.
