I am a loyal patron of Sid Dillon Lincoln. I have bought or leased a number of vehicles there, as well as have been a customer of their body shop and service center. My first purchase was after my husband had suddenly died and I needed to replace his company car. Nick Hunke helped me through the whole process. Two decades later with Dan Volnek's as my contact, I still support Sid Dillon Lincoln because of their integrity, customer care and fair pricing.

Was just looking an hour before they closed. Told them i was a disabled vet, & had Costco membership car plan. They told me they would get me a good deal. Traded in a 2016 Camry SE with 50k miles. They gave me 10k on trade in. Later had to go to DMV for some paperwork snafu to help them. Put armor ceramic coating, extended warranty, without asking, (credit score 774) 6.5% interest c local bank. Charged me 2700 over what my Credit Union could've got me. This was in 03/2019. My Credit Union helped me get the extras off and save 4500 in interest payments. I paid 36,700 should have been 34,000 even. Vehicle is almost paid off and i want to buy another new car c better gas mileage. Guess, who won't be getting my business.

We bought a low mileage Focus from Trent at 12k, way above book value, assured that these low mileage newer cars go for way over book. Pointed out issues that needed fixed on the test drive and were assured that they would get fixed up on the "safety inspection" when it went through the shop. It didn't, we had to take the car back to get it addressed. A week after that, the transmission failed and left us stranded. After a month of waiting, we got the transmission repaired and it still shuddered and shook when shifting. We tried working on trading it back in for something more reliable and got little support. After weeks of trying, we asked them to buy it back. It took 5 days to get a price and they offered us $4,500 for a car they just sold us for $12k that we had put maybe 500 miles on. We would've been more than happy to accept 8 or 9k for this and taken a hit. We escalated this to Matt, the manager, and got no support. It's really disappointing that a dealer of this size refuses to stand behind the products that they sell.

Purchased our 8th Nissan from Sid Dillon in June. It was a 2022 Rogue. It worked for 4months and the computer went out, and had to wait for a new part. Delivery date, indefinite. The dealership refused to fix it saying we had to wait on Nissan. We requested they let us out of our lease, switch cars for a working vehicle, or trade the part from one of their cars so we wouldn't be stuck paying every month for a lemon. They Refused. We have been loyal customers for over 7 years and were treated horribly the ONE TIME we needed them. We caution anyone considering buying a car here. Save yourself money and stress and just DON'T

Memorial Day weekend I was shopping for a new Altima SV on the net from my home in Topeka as I knew exactly the trim that I wanted. I asked 5 different dealers to confirm or provide their internet pricing on that Sunday morning and all 5 responded pretty quickly. I gave each the exact same parameters: My wife and I were motivated buyers and were making our decision in a few short days, I had financing in my pocket so it was a cash deal, I didn't need to see or test drive the vehicle as I had rented this model/trim for 2 recent, extended business trips, and I just wanted their best 'no haggle pricing'. On Tuesday, I received an email from Duane K, sales manager, laying out his discounted price with the VIN # so I could reference it back to the actual car they had in stock. I asked him to send the Purchase Agreement for review and early Wednesday morning it was executed and returned to him. He honored his quote from his email and I honored my pledge not to haggle his quote down 1 cent. I made arrangements to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to Lincoln to take delivery and that was a pleasant experience too. There were a couple of minor glitches that arose but Duane stayed on top of those to my 100% satisfaction. I have to admit, I was skeptical that the car I purchased on-line was going to have only 7 miles on the odometer when I took delivery but it did! Very honest and trustworthy.

I bought a Nissan Murano from this location and everything about the experience was positive. From the initial sales experience through the financing, I was treated fairly and respectfully. Over the years I was so impressed with the service department finishing my work on time and with excellent results, that I purchased another newer model Murano from them. If you are looking for a dealership that will treat you with top notch customer service and leave you feeling happy with your purchase, Sid Dillon Lincoln is your place!

I looked at a Ford Focus at Sid Dillon's used lot on O Street that I liked and for which I wanted to trade in my car and some cash. The salesman made an initial offer that was not acceptable and after some degree of haggling (which included the manager, Bill Koch) we settled on a trade difference of $1,000 provided I have a "check engine light" issue fixed on my car. We did not have a signed agreement as I was looking at other cars. The next day I received a call from the salesman asking if I had made a decision yet and reminding me that Koch had agreed to trade for my car and $1,000 cash. I told the salesman that I would indeed trade for the Focus on those terms and as requested, had the issue that caused the "check engine" light repaired. I then went back to the dealership. The salesman was not there but Koch was. Despite his earlier promise, Koch told me that he wanted $1650 and my car to make the deal. I politely declined and left although I was pretty angry about being lied to.Although we had no written agreement, I do expect business people to keep their word. Bill Koch did not. I consider this dishonest and unethical, to say the least. The salesman contacted me a couple of times regarding trying to still make the deal work but I guess he got tired of trying because I never heard from him again. A few days later, after I had posted a negative review of this dealer on another website, I received a call from the general manager, Nick Hunke, who was very apologetic and offered to sell the car at the original agreed upon price. I was still a little upset and told him I would let him know in a day or two. Two days later I called Hunke and left a voicemail message agreeing to buy the car but never heard back from him or anyone else. To treat a longtime customer in such a manner is unacceptable, in my opinion. The sales manager, Bill Koch, doesn't honor his promises, and apparently neither does the general manager, Nick Hunke. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership and their empty promises.

I've bought my fair share of cars and I still get the same treatment: crossed arms daring me to leave, pressure on my way out the door, and then attempts to backtrack and deal after the fact. They act like that those "few extra dollars" are no big deal when they won't come the last leg to make the deal, but I'm the one who has to be reminded every month when I make the payment. Sid Dillon was upfront and quick to make the deal I was looking for. I was worth making the drive down from Omaha for sure. Trent Tegtmeier was great to work with. I walked out feeling good about the purchase and that's all I want at the end of the day.Woodhouse convinced me to make the drive and it wasn't worth the time. Sid Dillon was worth the drive.

Leased a brand new car. Had it serviced 10 days before a trip. Car broke down. I was stranded. They refused to help and said I would be charged for the tow and repairs. Got towed to Woodhouse Nissan in Bellevue where they gave me a ride home, they fixed the car free of charge AND drove it back to Sid Dillon Nissan.

Talk about above and beyond!!Larry in the service station was kind enough to squeeze us in after we called about having car issues during a cross-country road trip. We were driving from Columbus, Oh to San Diego, CA and the mileage put an obvious strain on our vehicle. Larry went absolutely above and beyond by seeing us on extremely short notice, having a tech look at more than what we asked for, and topping off our fluids at no cost. We were so surprised to hear that we didn't owe anything and he simply smiled and said "Welcome to Nebraska." So awesome and so so kind! Definitely genuine people providing incredible service! Thanks so much to Larry and the service team for getting us back on the road :)
