Buyer beware purchased a Grand Cherokee engine light came on and went into limp mode had 2 weeks in Lincoln and Crete 200 miles and a tank of gas later they called and said come get it keys are in it and the problem is STILL NOT FIXED! Took to Anderson Ford diagnosed the problem but Sid Dillion nor Crete will return calls to have a system update to transmission done Nice car but VERY POOR mechanic Service..Also purchased extended warranty and still cost 275 out of pocket for NOTHING..RUN !

I have bough quite a few vehicles and this was far the absolute worse experience I have ever had. First they said they would detail the car, it was a mess on pick up,, then they didn't have floor mats so we had to call back and request them. then we waited 30 days to get the title from them after multiple phone calls. I called the manager to let them know of our experience and they didn't seem to really care. They will never see my business again. absolutely no customer service.

sales side of the Hyundai is great. the service side not. took my car in and when I went to check on it 5 hours later the guy said tha the tech was still working on it. I said that's funny why is it parked out back? by the way the car notifies you when the car doors get locked and unlocked. so it showed that 10 minutes after I dropped it off they parked it out back and locked the doors and never touched the car. 5 hours they had it and lied about them still working on it when I got there when in fact they never did anything to it.

I had a wonderful experience with the service department last week. They were accommodating, flexible, personable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. From the person answering the phone to the person bringing my car to me at the service desk, I felt like I was an important person in their business and that my needs were a priority.

I have used them since 2015, i wont again bad bussines practices. Be ware. I drove 65miles one way to have my car serviced, never again Thomas was great 40th. My issue was sales on up too top guy.

Treatment after saying I will buy it should have a massive red flag. Car was not inspected or maintained by dealership, had to buy replace stuff the salesperson wouldn't. Finally was able to get it looked at with the issue of it stalling and/or dying in idle, with or without heater/ AC on. Got system update but issue could not be recreated even tho it died on the Porter that brought it back to me. So far have also had multiple emails ignored trying to address costs and concerns. Long story short, be Absolutely sure before you sign that its to the standard you can be happy with, because some staff and "Certified" Service department isn't worth much.

Went in ready to purchase a vehicle and gave the salesman a clear description of what I wanted and a budget cap. He gave offers exceeding my loan limit and persisted on changing my provider, after all of the declines he found the "perfect" vehicle and told me to wait in the lobby. Took over 20 minutes to show something that didn't fit the description and was out of the price range. Wasted almost an hour of my time. I would recommend looking online first. The reviews speak for themselves and a copy paste response doesn't help.

I took our car to Sid Dillon Lincoln to have a 2nd key fob programmed for our Hyundai. Though promised to be done by the dealer within 2 hours we have not heard from them in over 4 hours. When contacted at 12:30 they said the car was in a bay but the technician was at lunch. How convenient.

Stay away!!! Especially Matt Ellebee, Made a deal, made flight arraignments to pick it up and was at the credit union getting the check and they sold it for a higher price. The whole process what about them making the most out of the deal, using their financing, their special coating etc. Stay away!! They basically told me to pound sand.
