If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a joke! I was the Matron of honor in my friends wedding and my husband was a groomsmen. The bride chose this store because they promised her the best deal and a couple "free" tuxes. Places that specialize in weddings need to be professional and help make the day easy and less stressful! I have never seen my friend (the bride) so stressed out! On the Thursday before the wedding as the groomsmen were picking up their tuxes... she had to deal with the fact that her colors were not the right ones, they gave certain people in the wedding party the wrong colors, as the men were trying them on buttons were popping off, they had a "one size fits all" dress shirt which caused them to be baggy, one groomsmen shirt was to small because they did not use the measurements, the shoes were so uncomfortable that my husband can barely walk today, there was no air conditioning in their store so it was hot trying them on, and to top it all off the men had to pay $195 for them!!!! This was a lot of money for such crappy quality and service! Some groomsmen had to go back the next day to pick up different colors and shirt and the person working didn't even remember them! What?!? Also apparently the $195 was including the discount they promised the bride! They had also promised a military discount as a majority of the people in the wedding were military! I would not want to wish any of these problems on anyone! This should have been more professional and ran smoothly! I also feel bad for the mother of the groom who has all boys... they paid for tuxes for 4 of her sons and her husband! That is literally $1000 in tuxes! Ridiculous!

I ordered a purple top hat from Shannon Formal Wear online. At the time of my order they showed the item in stock. I paid for expedited shipping and three weeks later I have not received the item or been able to receive an answer if I can get a refund or get the top hat. I have sent multiple emails which have not bee returned. I am not happy with the way I have been treated. I would not buy anything from Shannon online.

The best there is! Went out of their way to beat everyone's price for my son's prom tux, and had the most styles to choose from! Made sure every detail of the fit was perfect! So happy, my cousin got her wedding tux's there also, and they accommodated every single detail! Awesome experiences with Shannon formalwear, we will never go anywhere else!

I spent a few days running around Lincoln trying to get fitted for a tux, even dropped a deposit at another business in town. The second I walked into Shannon's I knew this was the spot. The entire staff was super helpful, welcoming, and made the entire process not only easy - but fun. Andrew, the owner, was there both times I was in the store and knew not only what I wanted, but what would look best on me. His suggestions for my tux actually came out being what was complimented the most at the wedding. I will absolutely be using them for all of my formal wear moving forward.
