Love this store. They carry and service many machines, including those they don't carry. Their repair services are busy as they cover machines for local schools, and repairs for other fabric stores betweenOmaha and Seward. They work on quilting, industrial, embroidery,as well as regular machines. There are only 3 people who do repairs and not all do this full-_time. It helps if you ID the problem. Call, before you come if you are concerned. I have been going here for over 10 years with no problems

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Had taken machine in for repair that took 4 days longer than promised, then after two days would not cut thread.Called back to see if they could look at it but had to make an appointment. Drove all the way across town that day and they had forgot our appointment. They wouldnt even take 5 min to see if it was something simple. The owner walked right buy us knowing we purchased several new machines there and told us they we to busy. Drove back to Husker sew, walked in and they looked at it and repaired it in 5 min. Will Never go back or recommend this business

My go-to fabric store. Always something new. Great clubs, knowledgeable staff. They work on and trade most machines. When I run into issues, there can figure out what is wrong. Be aware-- They service & repair sewing machines in area schools & other fabric stores in the region. Don't count on a quick turn around, unless you know what you what the simple issue is. Wait for the phone call. When you're good, everyone wants you.

Very poor service in my experience.I took in a machine for a service estimate and was told I would be called soon.I stopped back in a week later for an update and was told the same thing.(life got busy)I stopped back in 3 weeks later and was told that I would get a call soon...which I finally did...the price was way too high so I declined.I ended up purchasing a different machine from them instead (used and serviced but the owner exchanged it for a discount on a new machine)....2 weeks later, I've taken the machine in 3 different times now to have things properly adjusted again (bobbin tension was WAY too loose at first, stitch length was completely off, machine was jamming)...finally I just gave up and asked for a refund. It's been 5 days since I asked for a refund and I've stopped in the store or called a total of 4 times now...still haven't had this resolved and I'm finally resorting to filing a claim with the BBB.
