SERVPRO of Lincoln

My family recently had a kitchen fire that left a layer of soot in our home. We contacted Servpro on Wednesday about fire cleanup. They told us someone would call to get something scheduled. No one called. We called again on Thursday and were told someone would call soon. Meanwhile, we are still dealing with soot. On Friday we called again and were told that someone would call back. We got no call back. We called again and the employee was very argumentative with me, saying someone tried to call but the phone just went to voice-mail. We had no voice-mail. I was very upset at this point but she did not show any compassion or recognition that this was an unacceptable situation. I understand it was not personally her fault and didn't blame her, but the basic lack of empathy for another human being was mind boggling. She said someone would call back soon. At that point we contacted another company who scheduled with us immediately. Finally, the employee for Servpro called back at the very end of the day on Friday. So from Wednesday we got the run around until Friday (while in a house full of soot) and it will be Monday before a different company can get into help us. If you're thinking about a company to help after a fire, run far from this place because they take forever and can't take responsibility for their actions.

My wife and I have used ServPro Lincoln several times and always been completely satisfied. Twice when we got water in our basement and several more 'normal' carpet cleanings because we have cats who like to puke. I've also posted a photo of one of their excellent carpet cleaning jobs.

I have had the best luck with this business! In 2014 I had a fire and everyone was very kind and understanding of my situation. They worked with me and my landlord to make sure cleanup went smoothly for me. They were very respectful of my personal property and treated my belongings with care. I am a repeat customer. I again called upon ServPro to help me when my landlord had to do some construction work on my basement. They were very helpful and the team of cleaners were very kind and respectful. I couldn't be happier with the service I have gotten. I highly recommend if you are ever in the position of needing such services.

We had SERVPRO Clean our office and board room areas. The estimator came out and was prompt. He understood the scope of work to be done and when spaces would be available.The crew was on time and ready to get the job done (Done during weekend to accommodate our office times). All the members of the crew were professional. the onsite lead kept me posted on progress and if he had any questions.they finished on time and everything looked good. I would recommend them for the services they had performed for us.

I had major water damage in my home that occurred while I was away. My insurance company called Servpro and they were out the next day evaluating the situation. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the process. I truly feel they were looking out for me and my things with the same care and concern as if it were their own things. They made sure the cleanup was done to the highest standards

I was very impressed with how much they have to document their work. Also the training they go through to make sure the equipment they use will do the the job right the first time. I am glad to see Servpro setting the bar for this profession.
