Thank you so much "Celine" ...excellent individual attention ..she went above and beyond to match my skin color..according to my skin and age ...she excused herself to sanitize brushes after each use ...offered various options, moisturizer..brush, sponge...I bought it all...(because I'm worth it..) I will ALWAYS ask for this professional young lady! Shout out to Celine!

Wasn't acknowledged as soon as I walked in although two employees were speaking to each other by the entrance. Needed assistance but was not acknowledged, while other females around me were all approached for assistance and I was constantly avoided for some reason. I used to work in jcpenney Sephora so I know how the customer service should be, this wasn't up to par.
