Sephora at Kohl's - Coming Soon

Eleidy was my beautiful sales assistant! She was helpful and understanding ..let me explain ...this was my 3rd Sephora with no luck finding my product...(sometimes a girl needs a little help, right?) Eleidy not only looked in their secret locked drawer but checked to see what other locations had it and how many! WHAAAT?? Oh there's more ..I requested a sample out of the opened one and she was very kind and gracious to give it to me.....now I can relax, have Dean get online and order me some! I left super satisfied with my excellent customer service!

My teenage niece and sister wanted to come here before the holidays and I was tagging along. It's right in the middle of Kohl's as you come in the main entrance. I was pleasantly surprised to see products that I sometimes buy online like Clinique and Ilia. I'd rather buy in person to avoid shipping fees and wasteful packaging so I will stop here next time. They had plenty of nice young salespeople to help with questions.
