Beware of price! The first question I was asked was if I wanted to use insurance. I said yes. They took my credit card to charge if insurance didn't cover it. I was told that if insurance didn't cover it, my charge would be $160. Insurance went to my deductible and I got my bill which was $260, not $160. I called the store and was told that $260 is the contract rate with BCBS. If I'd had said no to insurance, I would have been charged the retail price of $160 but as soon as you say you want to use insurance, you're not offered the retail price. What the heck? Beyond dishonest. After saying that I was going to contest it with my credit card and not pay, they refunded me $100.

Make sure you price check the Trainer! He is way over Priced and takes advantage of Patients, make sure you ask your physician for a second supplier! We thought it was just the Hospitals that get 300%
