Seductive Ink

If you notice the hand in this photo. One it had three fingers two they aren't done well. The owner did my tattoo and messed up. My friend also had a tattoo done and was it was messed up.

Overall, I'm okay with the experience I had there. The guy at the desk was super nice and easy to talk to. Josh did my tattoo. Maybe it was an off day? But he was a rude and unpleasant person. It seemed like he was intentionally making me feel stupid with everything he said. Afterwards, I asked him if there was anything specific I should do to take care of my tattoo and all he told me was to leave it alone for the most part.The tattoo itself didn't take long. The edges are a little rougher than I'd like them to be. Because Josh told me to leave the tattoo alone, I did. But now it looks like there are pieces missing? Like the rubbed off? I didn't scratch or rub or anything. I'm a little salty about that but it's still a cute tattoo.

So I had been thinking about getting a tattoo for quite some time. I hadn't really wanted to do this until about 3 months ago but I happen to be moving across the country, away from my grown kids and sort of felt the need to mark this in an usual way. I took my design idea, at the spur of the moment and went for it. The guys at Seductive Ink were great. I had called another place and really wasn't impressed with there phone manners- I called and they were friendly and not condescending- explained the whole process and made it fun. I probably won't get another tattoo but If I did, I would return!

First tattoo, first review. Went for my 27th birthday gift to myself. Celebrating being a poet, doing the whole grad school thing, having my best friend in town, how much I love Emily Dickinson. Jesus Josh was one of the only artists open in Lincoln on Sunday. That's like at least three points right there. His front desk dude is a guy with a 27 inch mohawk (I'm all about numbers as signs) and he turns 30 in September. Nice, dude. The tattoo process was super fast, thank God, felt like bee stings or moodiness with a razor. Jesus Josh was efficient but also aloof. I'm glad I showered a lot this weekend because he enjoyed talking shit about previous clients. A few racist/misogynist comments thrown in there. But he had a needle to my wrist. Pick your battles, my friend said. (By the way, she is Yelp magic. Go follow her. Stephanie S).Place was clean. Professional. Walking to gas station across street to get cash for the tat was like the updated version of a walk of shame.

What a chill Vibe with quality work. I Myself and friends have been tattooed by all four artists in the shop. The owners are super friendly surpassed All my expectations. Would highly recommend

Jason and curtis have now owned this place for the last 5 years or so. They have remodeled a bit and have 4 artists in the shop but no piercer. Jason has done most of my tattoos or fixed the one's someone else did in California and messed up. Curtis used to own hungry eye was the oldest tattoo studio in lincoln until the building was sold and torn down. Amazing artwork in the shop to help keep you distracted from the pain and always chill. They are great on explaining the process and will answer any questions you have.

Jason has done 2 different thigh pieces for me and i have been very very satisfied with the quality of the tattoo, his urgency to get your tattoo done, and cost of the tattoo are all as expected. i'll continue to go here and would recommend to anyone

I love this place! The atmosphere is so comfortable and laid back. The artists are very reasonable with pricing and not too expensive at all. Josh was so precise with my tattoo and it's placing. I got a tattoo on my opposite side rib of where I'd already had another tattoo and wanted them to be symmetrical. He did a perfect job on my tattoo! I could not be more pleased with the service I received here. On a side note, they have awesome jewelry too!

my boyfriend got a tattoo here a while back, about 2/3 years ago. the place wasn't bad but it looked vacant. there was all these staff members and no customers(kinda sketchy) anyway, he only got my name tatted on his arm, no shading, not very big, it was literally like just a one line draw. he didn't draw it out or anything. the tattoo isn't terrible but they over charged him. 100 dollars for maybe a five minute tattoo? no way. we will never go back here.

I got my first tattoo here and will not be back. Sure, the tattoo looks good, but the artist was rude to say the very least. After scoffing at how and where I wanted this permanent mark on my body placed, he proceeded to ask me if this was my first tattoo. When I replied that it was, he gave me an eye roll and a sigh. I asked if he disliked doing tattoos on first-timers and he gruffly replied, "As long as they don't fuck around or squirm." So I set my face in determination, and these were the last words spoken the entire time before he wrapped my arm in a paper towel and some masking tape and I went on my way. I get it. I'm a woman, I'm young, and I don't look as badass as your preferred clientele (which I gathered are previously tattooed people), but I am paying you for a service, so please show me a little respect as a customer.
