We were 100% satisfied withSeal Rite. They came out and gave us a bed. They come out today and did the job when we asked. The installer was absolutely incredible. He had our two car garage done in two hours by himself. And the walls were 10 and 1/2 ft high so they were taller than most of the jobs.We would recommend them to anybody. This installer was top of the line We couldn't say enough good things about him.Thank you Seal Rite We were 100% satisfied!

Amazing crew, prices, insulation, and service. We are finishing our basement and I have to say the spray foam and organic batt insulation products used by this local Omaha family business is amazing. It was cool to meet some of the staff and then found out it was a family business. As with any project there is hiccups but when they were found they fixed. For example my floor joist were 19" on center so they had to send someone to get r38 as r30 only comes on 16" on center so for same price they said I'd get 13" of batt r38. I have to say it's very quiet downstairs and warm. The goal was just that: sound dampening and thermal...when guest are over or music/movies being played. I will update after I play music but so far it's hard to hear anything which is good. The spray foam along the ridge and ridge to the joist has even made it warmer upstairs (I'm writing this in winter so that is a good thing) we can lower it by 3-4 degrees just by sealing the ridge w spray foam. Thanks SealRite crew when we build or next home you got the job !

We hired Seal-Rite based on the recommendation of a co-worker. Gil came and did the bid process and we decided to wait to save the funds to insulate. When we had the funds we checked with Gil and moved forward knowing there could be some change in pricing but pricing was still what was quoted. Workers came and went over about 3 days. When they finished there was a huge mess left to clean up and areas left undone - some expected but others were just forgotten. We wrongly assumed they would be back to inspect that the work was done right and maybe clean up at that time but we were wrong. When the bill came it was about $900 more than we were expecting so I called to clarify charges. When they sent the itemized bill I saw we were charged for R38 on our basement ceiling and my husband had requested R19. I called to point out the discrepancy and Gil would not even discuss it- got irate on the phone with me jumping to the assumption I was accusing his partner of lying and then stating 'just pay what you say you owe but we will never work with you again'. Mind you, I was just trying to determine if there may have been a discrepancy and never was given an opportunity to discuss the bill and charges. After closer inspection of the basement we noticed though we were charged for only R38 in the ceiling they installed a good portion of it with R19. My husband then called and talked with Mike and he came over to inspect the job. He agreed to adjust our bill after seeing the discrepancies we pointed out and claimed Gil was irate with me on the phone because of a previous client. My husband stated it would be nice if Gil could apologize for the way he spoke to me. We did get an adjusted bill but I might note that he sent the same itemized bill with only the final total adjusted, still no clear explanation of the charges but we were satisfied that they did adjust the end total. When we went to pay the bill at first the office manager tried to charge us the first disputed total and when I showed her our invoice she claimed that we couldn't pay by check because that was the cash only total. We corrected her and she said she would have to bring the boss out to speak with us. When she finally found the written receipt from Mike she accepted our payment and we never did get to speak with the boss - Gil. We never got an explanation of the final charge and more importantly we never got the apology. If you read through all of that thank you, I hope our experience will help you make informed decisions and also that Seal-Rite will perhaps work harder at customer relations and follow up. Would probably have saved them this unsatisfactory review.
