I love Scooters, with so many locations around town, consistent recipes, and great branding. This location isn't my favorite of the many Omaha Scooters. It's not terrible or anything - the coffee is still good (as I think all the Scoots use the same recipes). The only issue here is the service can be a little hit or miss. I've had great service at times, and then others not so much. However, when the drink comes out, I forget any negativity and enjoy myself.I'd say if you're at the mall anyway and craving a coffee, this spot isn't too bad - so I would definitely consider it!

Note: this location is inside Westroads mall.In short: Rude.I've tried to get coffee here twice and each time was unsuccessful. The first time my coffee didn't taste right and I ended up giving it to my husband. More coffee for him, I went and got tea in another part of the mall. I was annoyed, but not worth complaining. The second time I try to get coffee here, different person making it, it doesn't taste at all edible. This time I'm by myself and complain. The lady got extremely defensive. Mind you, All I did was ask her to remake it because I didn't like it. She told me there was nothing wrong with my coffee. At this point I get a little upset and ask for my money back. She told me no several times. At this point I get upset because people are starring at us at I simply threw the coffee away. I don't know if this lady was on something or just a miserable person but fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... well. I think not.

Not super impressed with the main location in Westroads mall. Quality of the products was fine but the 5-6 employees sitting around one of the tables being loud, rude, swearing, and listening to things at full blast on their phones really made the experience not awesome. We were here to study and while regular mall noise is expected and can be easily drowned out, this is excessive and we will choose a different space to work in the future. We should not hear employees loudly dropping the F-bomb around customers.

Over filled the coffee cup and was seeping out of the top. when I asked for something to stir the cup with. They handed me a knife?! Worst experience ever at a coffee shop. Not sure how this place is still open.
