Scooter's Coffee

This scooters is honestly pretty amazing! First the staff here is ALWAYS friendly and kind. They offer recommendations for the drinks you order that are on point and make your drink delicious. The line is always pretty long in the mornings but you really wait no longer than 3 minutes. They are crazy fast. I haven't ever had an order mix up here either, not once. This screams volumes because they are busy in the morning and still getting it right. These employees definitely deserve all the tips! I've always had amazing service, friendly encounters, and delicious drinks and treats here!

Wow. We've been to this location before, and it was okay. Not great, but okay. This time, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, very efficient. They made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Definitely worth coming to again. I strongly and happily recommend!

Everyone employee always has a smile at this location and they are always extremely courteous and have never messed up my order even though they are an extremely busy location. They always keep the line moving fast to ensure their customers are always happy.

Absolutely Horrible, i work at scooters and the drinks and food we received were horrible. I ordered a small blended caramelicous with hazelnut and it tasted like straight espresso, i could barely taste the caramel and there was definitely no hazelnut. The drink was extremely watery and my mom received her coffee with a broken cup and the worker continued to hand it out. Courage cookies look like a mountain of frosting without blending it out. The worker at the drive through was very weird and talked like a robot. They also did not up sell anything and should consider a different job.

I have been to this location more then hundred times at all times of the day and have been very pleased almost every single time. I have never had any complaints and have consistently received great service especially in the mornings. Not sure who is in charge of the am shift but that is the majority of the time I go and everytime I am overly impressed especially compared to other scooters throughout Omaha. The enthusiasm and making you feel welcomed especially by the lady who has been there for quite sometime with the dark hair, forearm tattoo, and nice, permanent smile who is exceptional and defines professionalism. If she is not in charge(I think she is) she needs to be! Always brings her A game. I have been to atleast 20 different scooters in the Omaha metro and this is by far the best. Highly recommended!

The worst Scooters. They didn't take our order correctly, so when we got to the window, we had to repeat it 2 times. Then they still did not get our drinks correct and had to remake it. Management definitely needs to work on training their employees on how to take orders and make drinks in a timely fashion.
