Scooter's Coffee

One of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a Scooters. Fast, efficient, and just as nice as could be. This isn't the closest Scooters to us, but it's worth an extra drive to be treated this kindly.

I didn't have the greatest customer experience at scooters. I don't go there very often so I needed to look at the menu... The menu was so tiny! It was up on the wall but the font is super small. I had to literally lean on the counter to see it. But when there's a line, and also a pandemic, this is very difficult. So I had to stand in line to see the menu. Then I took a minute to find what I wanted and felt bad for holding up the line. Not a good customer experience. Scooters should make a bigger menu, or at least make the menu available in other places while folks wait. The tea I ordered came out far too hot. I appreciate that it wasn't cold, but I had to let it sit for 10 min with no lid until it was drinkable.

I decided to spend one hour working on a free WiFi network at Scooter's indoors while sipping a cold vanilla latte. The server was very detailed with her questions regarding my drink and how I wanted it made. This made me feel more confident about the outcome and her abilities. The place was clean and there were plenty of outlets available. I would gladly return to this location soon.

I was trying to go to Scheels, which wasn't open yet, so I popped in here for a latte-extra-shot and breakfast burrito. Scooters has consistently good coffee and this was no exception. The burrito is generic, bit it's a coffee place, so that's expected. The place was full of laptop users, also expected. Not my usual scene. The service was awesome, though, and it was a great morning to sit outside. As waiting goes, this is the way to do it!

Yes, Scooters is a coffeehouse, and yes, they have pretty decent coffee. BUT...the best thing Scooters has to offer, in my opinion, are there awesome smoothies! The pumpkin pie smoothies, which usually comes out in September, is unmatched. Nobody has anything even close. If you haven't tried one, please do soon! If it's not fall, one of their fruit smoothies are a good choice. My personal favorite is the pina colada (ok...not 100% fruit, but close enough!). Note that they are a tad expensive ($5ish), but we'll worth it for the occasional indulgence - especially to celebrate the return of fall!

I've been here a few times. Relatively fast service. It can get noisy at times. But it does offer a nice place to sit while you are taking a shopping break. During the winter they do have the fireplace going to give you a warm tingly feeing while you sip on your hot beverage.

Came here yesterday to get my brother a $25 Gift Card (he is a huge Scooters fan) and I received a large White Peppermint Latte for all my hard work. They probably have one of the better bays in the whole complex, near the outdoor music stage, so they always have a crowd congregating around their store front, and, they have that funky stone ball in a well pond thing going there, nobody has told me what that is all about, yet.

Typical Scooters coffee shop with very friendly staff. Stopped in early on a Saturday morning as there was a Cancer Walk at Village Pointe. With a lot of people there they had been slammed, and we had a couple people in front of us in line. The staff was very cheerful and friendly and we had our coffee served up hot and fast and we're back on our way. Normal Scooters layout, with outdoor patio seating as well. Nice coffee shop to stop by while shopping.

The baristas here are always so friendly! Being a new resident to Omaha and the Village Pointe mall it's nice to have welcoming people at a place I love! Scooters has always been a favorite place of mine when I lived in Lincoln, and I'm happy that I can continue receiving amazing service here in Omaha! Great drinks too I might add, the team has been trained right!

The service here was amazing! i ordered a white hot chocolate and amber made it perfec! she's a great worker:)
