I really enjoy coming here, Charles, Kristi and the other coaches are not only knowledgeable, but they understand what it's like to be newer, and teach and communicate to your level. They have been training for a long time but aren't so far away from starting themselves that they can relate and really teach you what you're doing wrong.The BJJ HIIT trainings at lunch and evenings are awesome workouts, they put you in scenarios (for example 50 seconds left, start in half guard, top guy is down on points and needs to pass or sub to win) and run through that for several rounds with different partners, 10 second breaks. I typically burn 500-600 calories in the 50 minute class.
