Really not a long wait and got a table inside! I ordered Jalapeño soup and was blown away when it came with tender chicken, potatoes, bacon, onions and carrots. All in a light broth with a slight hint of heat. GET IT! I got an extra order to take home. My friend had the Dill pickle chicken sandwich. It was so large she took 1/2 home and half of the fries for another meal. The fries are so crispy with a fabulous dipping sauce. Yummy!!!I got the French dip. It was great! Nice rich flavor in the dipping broth for the sandwich. 1/2 went home with me. Really nice people working there. Great service. Clean restaurant. My small do better is that I wish the cook was wearing plastic gloves instead of bare hands with all the ingredients, containers and cooking utensils he was touching as well as making the sandwiches. I can't wait to go back!!!

Everything from the location to the vibe to the service & of course, the food, is ON-POINT!My wife & I ordered the soup special & it was robust & savory. We shared the hot chicken sandwich & the teriyaki one as well. The house fries are bomb with the jalapeño cream (JC)!Definitely returning. The restaurant is in the heart of old town Papillion so there's a historic aspect as well, which the nerd in me loves!The staff was so kind & the service was excellent!

From the outside, and inside - this place is unassuming. Very friendly staff and great service. We were told that after 2pm you can get adult beverages from the place beside them. Which was good to know. However - the show stopper is the food.Holy taste buds- The cauliflower could be a meal itself- fantastic! We got the Thai Chicken and the Nashville chicken. Yikes!!! I want to say the best chicken sandwich's I've had ! And get the sauces. All of them! They are all spot on great!A must try spot! Enjoy

The venue was small with few seatings inside, but it was located in a neat lit up area of Papillion. The small street area was lit up with Christmas lights and was a nice area to enjoy your meal. We got our meal to go and had to rush to make it to a show, so we weren't able to try our sandwiches fresh. However, even after a few hours the sandwiches were still fire but probably would've been better fresh. Absolutely not a disappointment! The cheese curds we had fresh and it was so good with the sauces esp garlic aolic, jalapeño cream, and bang bang. The Nashville chicken sandwich wasn't too spicy but it's very seasoned and more towards the sweeter side if you like sweet. The staff was nice and friendly, however the wait was long for the food - 25 minutes.

Best Nashville Chicken sandwich. We went in at noon and the wait was only 15 minutes. Limited seating inside but managed to score a table. Shrimp tacos were tasty as well!!

Wow wow wow!! So good. The dirty curdies with buffalo, bang bang style cauliflower, and bang bang style fries were all 10/10 and I'm craving them just thinking about it (please make the bang bang fries a regular menu item). The people are always so nice as well and I love their partnership with twisted vine. We got food at Alfaro but waiting at twisted vine with some drinks and it was an amazing experience. Love to see businesses supporting one another!Fair warning that there can be a long wait so recommend going closer to opening. Although, the wait is always worth it!

Food was awesome. Wait was absurd. I feel like Gordon Ramsey would go ballistic on their process. They serve chicken sandwiches with sauce. However it took 2 hours to receive our food. We walked in around 540ish. 3 people in front of us and by the time we ordered 2 behind us. We completed our order at 5:48 and she warned us the estimated time was 7:15 with appetizer coming out before. Appetizer did arrive at 7:17 and our entrees at 7:44. They were delicious. But I'm amazed on how slow it was. It's tough to judge how busy they are. She said we were the 102nd order on a Saturday. You can sit at the bar next door and wait for food so I can't tell who was waiting. We were outside in their patio and only 4 tables including us were full. If they can get this figured out in 30-45 minutes I'll come back. But no food is worth 2.5 hours from start to finish. Especially a simpleChicken sandwich and fries. It ended up being our entire night out.

The staff was super friendly and were very kind in waiting for us to look over the menu. The inside of the restaurant is very cozy but not much decor, just white walls which is ok but there is an opportunity to make it look amazing. I order the Nashville chicken sandwich and I was not a fan of it. It was spicy, it was the opposite, too sweet. They used a lot of sugar which I understand and would've love to contrast the spiciness of the chicken but there was not spiciness so the taste was overwhelming sweet. The soup was amazing and I would go back just to try that along with the shrimp tacos.

Wow! Everything was amazing! They have plenty of seating with inside and outside options, they also share the outside back patio with Twisted Vine so you can order dinner from Sauced and go next door and order drinks from Twisted! Best of both worlds! It was a little chilly night but with the fire it was nice. We got the curds with band bang sauce and wow, I could eat 5 orders for my entire meal! I also got 1 bang bang shrimp taco, I see why they finally added it to their main menu, it was delicious, so flavorful, and large! The sandwiches are HUGE and have a great portion of fries! You walk up and order at the counter, and get a number and they will find you and bring the food out to you. Can't wait to be back and try more off the menu! Parking is street parking down Main Street of Papillion! Food was quick everything came out in about 30 minutes.

It had been a while since we were last year. We won't be waiting that long again! Every single thing we ate was phenomenal. Probably the best cheesesteak sandwich I've ever had. The french fries were super crispy and delicious. We tried three of the sauces with the chicken fingers and loved every one of them, Ranch, dill, and honey Sriracha. The place is small, clean, and some very friendly people working there. Five stars all the way!
