A very clean shop with plenty of color options. Appointments suggested especially after 5 or on weekends. I like Sapphire and hope you will too!

I got an ombré dip manicure and it turned out exactly how I wanted! The salon was relaxing and clean. Helen made sure I liked the design throughout. I thought the prices were fair and I appreciated the hand massage at the end as well. Will definitely be back!

This salon has a really nice staff, but the work done there wasn't as great. I got a dip set and right as she started I could tell it wasn't going to be done well. She ended up leaving blotchy light spots on my nails and instead of fixing them or giving me a discount right there the owner said next time I come in I could get a discount since she "messed my nails up". I paid $40 dollars for a half done job. I won't be back to use my "coupon".

got sent to this location by a friend. went in showed the guy two pictures. Ones of my nails and one of the design I wanted on my nails. I got nothing that I should him. came in today to get them fixed and change the color was told I have to pay for the full set again even though over the phone I was told to come in and fix it. I have been going to Sapphire nails for years and they are the best! Ellie is my girl for manicures and she makes it so fun picking out colors and coming up with fun designs to try. She never rushes and she's so lovely to chat with! I get so many compliments on anything she does for me. For pedicures, Kay is my go-to! Just like Ellie, she is so much fun to chat with and she gives the BEST calf massages. Sapphire nails is the best self-care experience! I always walk away happy and excited for the next visit!

This place was horrible. I spent OVER 150.00 only for my f-ing nails to pop tf off in less than a week. The service was slow and one nail tech was humongously big with the shorttest shorts and tank on. NOT professional. NOT recommend.
