Went here for my birthday dinner and would definitely recommend!The waitress gave us a little history about the restaurant and the chef when we first sat down. I thought that was very cool to learn about where the flavors were inspired from. The menu had a variety of uniquely flavored dishes from seafood to steak to pizza.The bread board they recommended to us is probably the only time I'll ever order bread as an appetizer at a restaurant. They popovers were everybody's favorite and the different butters were fun to try.I highly recommend their pizza. The crust is chewy and soft and it's the best pizza I've had in a long time. Their burger and lobster Mac and cheese were also very delicious. I had the short rib and it was so tender.After dinner, they brought out a birthday dessert which were 3 mini donuts and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. It was delicious! I'm always a fan of restaurants that have birthday desserts... it made me feel very special!Overall, the quality of food was superb here. I highly recommend.

My food was hands down a 5, my fiancée said a four for his-he wasn't blown away. The loudness and lack of cozy getaway tables in the environment doesn't quite suit the food quality. They might benefit by adding some acoustical tiles under the table tops. I've seen this work marvelously. That said, for french onion soup made with braised short ribs that's the second best I've had in my life (and I've eaten a ridiculous amount looking for the best), I'll just have to deal with it. Maybe we'll find out when they are the slowest and plan around that. I also had the scallops, he had the steak frites. Great old fashion. We will be back.

The place is just beautiful! Reserved dinner time around sunset because the views are just magnificent being by the lake. The food was also wonderful, as well as the server. Received some complimentary champagne since it was our anniversary. Bread board was filling and the butter pairing was just so good. Steak was cookies medium and was perfect, even took some leftovers home and still was amazing the next day! Braised short rib was soft and also delicious! The jalapeño potato cake on the bottom was crisp with each bite. Lobster Mac + cheese, well you really do get a taste of lobster and it's not too cheesy or oily imo!

I went to Salted Edge for my 22nd birthday! They gave me a card with happy birthday written on it and free donuts at the end (totally forgot to take photo) :( Our waiter was so sweet and they give you warm towels before you eat which I think is awesome. I got the lobster mac and cheese and it was delicious! I also ate a slider and loved it as well. The brussels sprouts were good, and my family loved the food! Salted Edge also has the coolest view of West Shores and is such a cute picture spot if you want a sunset or lake background!

I finally made it to salted edge after all those reviews and people non stop talking about it and it didn't disappoint! Starting with the service, this was top-notch, everyone was super helpful and professional. We always had someone come and check on us every 10 minutes. The ambiance is great, you can come here for a date night but also to catch up with a friend. The food was very good. Not in pictures but I also had the wagu pasta and it was to die for, my only complain about the pasta was that the portion felt too small. As for the salad, this was probably one of the best salad I have had in a while and this had enough to share between 3 people as an appetizer.

Came here for brunch and I thought it was pretty good! The place looks really nice when you walk in. Spacious and beautiful. The server was really nice and helped out our big table with everything we needed. The food was good as well. Absolutely loved the waffles and chicken with the bacon. The shared bread platter was nice as well.

and they done it again! Of course any occasion we will find an excuse to spend it at Salted Edge not only because of how bomb the food is but the experience of being wined and dined truly makes you feel special. The only issue i have with this place is that I can't eat everything on the menu. Might have to keep finding little reasons to celebrate... like surviving Mondays lol. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I was very excited to come here. Food and drinks were presented well, visually only . The establishment was a bit hard to find; I hope they invest in a clear sign, especially for the visually impaired. Very pretty location.My biggest complaint was the service. The server was cold and unwelcoming. Cleared EVERY plate before I was finished and rushed off. I even noted to her I was not done and before I could grab my plate back she rushed off with it. Very weird experience and a waste of money since I wasn't able to enjoy my meal.Food was sub par and underwhelming from what I did try. Waste of time and money.

A beautiful venue to enjoy some great food. My wife and I had a reservation on a Friday night. We walked in about 15 early and were seated immediately. The restaurant is beautiful and lively, but not so loud that we couldn't have a nice conversation. Service was prompt and friendly, without being overbearing or bothersome. Our food came out perfectly prepared and very tasty. The heirloom tomatoes and burrata appetizer really stole the show! My wife enjoyed the mahi-mahi on a bed of black rice, while I tested the burger. My only negative critique of the evening is that my burger patty could have used a bit more seasoning. My wife and I each enjoyed a few of their house specialty cocktails. The brown butter old-fashioned was very tasty and perfectly balanced, but definitely on the more expensive side for a cocktail in Nebraska. We will definitely be back.
