Not my cord! I had a real apple cord, not this adata thing.

Driver's side of center console. Not cleaned.
Looks like coffee is still there after my "detailing".
Lid broken off and you can see how torn the label is. No care given to personal possessions.
I went to the car wash to have this cleaned. Clearly they don't take the time to look to see if they'd done their job.
Russell Speeders on 118th and Dodge is not worth your money. Sloppy service. See photos for what didn't get cleaned. Do not use this carwash
A thief that pigs out behind 2 locked doors and windows covered with a black sheet and while on the clock only pretending to be busy.
10 minute oil change or it's free. Unless they don't schedule anybody to work on the day you are there.

After being a former employee for this company for 7 years (2016-2023, came to renew my membership and a "Manager" Dustin made a remark on why am I not banned yet. Where there should be no reason why I should be banned and no need for that remark especially in front of other customers waiting in lobby. . Super unprofessional and should think about how your "managers" talk to customers. Former employee or not.

My car needed some serious detailing between nannying, pets, and daily life. I bought the unlimited car wash package too as it was an overall discount to the standard detail package, which was what I was looking for. The lady at the checkout was extremely kind and walked me over everything that would be included. The lounge area to wait for your vehicle was comfortable and accommodating with snacks, drinks, and even a massage chair. I did have to wait 2 hours for it to be finished, but it looked amazing and smelled amazing after. Definitely worth the wait! The guys who detailed my car did an excellent job, and it looks brand new. I'll definitely be back for the car washes and detailing!

They did a great job as far as cleaning the outside and the inside of the car only problem was when I left I looked at the receipt and realized that they had double charged me. I had to drive back and talk to a manager to get it reversed they wouldn't do it over the phone, so now I'm a little leery about going there

I've been a customer/fan of Russell Speeders Car Wash since I moved back to Omaha from Seattle...about a dozen years or so. I bought the unlimited car-wash package....they must be losing money on me...since I wash my VW bug about 3 times a week. There's a RS location about half a mile away from my office. They started this 'car wash experience' program (you know, "Life is tough, car washing should be fun") a while ago, and it IS fun. Takes about 2 minutes from start to finish and I drive away a happy camper. Don't know many names, but John (who manages the Saddle Creek location) and Terri who's at the 120th and Dodge are both pretty wonderful. I always look forward to pulling in.Dave

My car was still dirty when I left.The person who sprays it of at the beginning only sprayed the drivers side, so the passenger side didn't get rinsed off before entering the wash. The whole back bumper was still full of dirt and salt when I got home because none of the product is applied to the back. It just gets a little water sprayed on it.

I have attempted to use Russell multiple times. Every time they find some reason that they can't wash my truck. The truck is too big, it's too dirty or there is a board in the bed. I won't spend a dime with them and will continue to go back to Casey's.

I would proceed with caution! I have been involved in two car accidents at Russell Speeder's - I know, I should have learned the first time! The first one occurred at the location at 112 & Wright Circle. The car in front of me did not successfully shift into neutral, but rather reverse and backed into me. I had been following the attendant's instructions to pull forward and was hit! The manager at that location was helpful - provided video immediately to help with insurance.Yesterday, I was hit again in the car wash at 118th and Dodge. This time, I was hit from behind. The driver accepted fault, but the manager would not provide video. I believe that Russell Speeder's should have stopped the carwash before I was hit rather than after two collisions into the back of my car. Unfortunately, I was told that I could not view the video - seems bizarre if they handled everything correctly!?!Needlesss to say, I canceled all three of my family's memberships today. It truly is driver beware! Russell Speeder's accepts no responsibility for any accidents that happen on their properties. They seem much more focused on getting as many cars through as quickly as possible than protecting their member's valuable property. If you do choose to use Russell Speeder's be sure to allow enough space in front of your car - unfortunately, you cannot control the driver behind you...And, even when an accident is not your fault, it is a major inconvenience - I spent the last 24 hours dealing with insurance, estimators, collision repair shops and car rentals!!! And, the value of my car that I was trying to take care of has been diminished. :-(

I went to Russel Speeders car wash in Omaha Nebraska and it dented my car leaving a long wavy dent running all the way through my door as well as dirt. I was shocked when it happened and got out imm inspecting my vehicle but they denied it and sent me home without filing a report. A couple weeks later I got an estimate for $5000 of damage and went to the car wash speaking to the supervisor again. His exact words were "Just by looking at it there is no way a car wash could have caused this damage." He said weather I filed a claim or did anything else he wanted to fight me. Saddened by these events I left feeling helpless.

I was a member of the car wash club until I moved. There were some problems canceling the monthly membership, when I went to the location today expecting an argument, I was very pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service provided by Shawnell. She promptly looked up my account, processed a refund and provided me with a voucher for a future car wash as compensation for my trouble.I honestly could not be more pleased with their commitment to customer service and willingness to make things right for me.This is a great business, run by great people. I would still be a customer if I lived in the area. I strongly recommend them to anyone.
