I recently bought a car from Carvana and therefore needed a new auto shop that would service it. I was referred to Elite auto and I have never liked taking my car to the shop so much! I needed a new battery and while the new battery was being approved by Carvana, the shop owner Jim gave me his own personal portable battery charger to keep in my car in the meantime. I have since taken my car in to be serviced and have been impressed every time by the service I have received. They are very flexible with appointments and always so friendly and honest with me as the customer. I would recommend this business to anyone!!

I was told my car would take 2-3 hours. I waited 9 1/2 hours. Repair was not properly done. Was told to bring it back in and would take less than an hour. Front desk told me the part didn't come in as they told me and had to leave car overnight. Front desk gal is controlling and gives out bad information. As I was sitting in the lobby, another customer complained his repair was bad.

Elite recently underwent new management and it was well needed. Jim, the new manager, makes the entire process... seamless. I had a light on in my car and brought it to Jim. He took me, same day, made the repairs and had my vehicle ready within an hour (with mints and an air freshener, hanging from the mirror). He reached out the following week, to ensure that my repairs were to my liking. I have never, ever, EVER trusted mechanics.... but I'll definitely recommend the Elite team in a heartbeat.

The worst service ever. 2,000 dollars in parts and labor for the problem to still be there. Nobody here is educated.

The Mechanics are hacks here, I will never go back nor would I ever recommend this shop to anyone they can't even do legitimate work on a car. Lies lies lies is what Jim is full of, don't trust anything he says.

It started off where I thought this was a decent place to take my vehicle. I had them replace the heater housing unit. (Over charged me for that) Little did I know that would cause problems a couple weeks later. First of all, the issue I was having was smelling like exhaust and making me sick. They assured me this would fix the problem. It didn't. Not even two weeks later, my car started surging(I was out of town for the first week). I took it back to them. They told me it was the map sensor. I was going to give in and have them replace that as well. When they had my car, no one had told me what was going on so I always had to keep calling to check in. When I was able to get in touch with him at the end of the day, he said he needed to order the part and would have it in by the morning when they open at 8 AM. I asked if I came at 9am, if they were able to have it done. They said oh yeah that's plenty of time it takes about 15 minutes to do. I waited until about 1030am when I was able to get a ride to go pick my car up. I called them on the way of picking up my car and they said it had not been done yet. No one called to let me know as I could have been understanding and have asked for my ride later. I Explained to them how I need my car and instead of having a conversation with me, the guy just started arguing with me like I was a child. I said I needed to just pick my car up and I was planning on bringing it back whenever they could get it in to actually fix the part. They tried to tell me I needed to pay for the part as in order to pick my car up. I did not pay for the part. I decided after that bad customer service and how I was talked down to that I was just going to take it to the dealership to have actually looked over as I knew the prices they charge me are higher than the dealership would cost. The dealership did a full inspection on my car and explained that whomever did the heater housing unit had also ruined the air intake assembly. Confirmed by both Chevy dealerships now.Oh, and the map sensor was half price at the dealership which is usually so much higher. ALSO, that was NOT the issue. There is nothing wrong with my map sensor. Confirmed as well by both Chevy dealerships. So not only would I have paid way more, I was being ripped off and they damaged another very expensive part. I never leave reviews as people can make honest mistakes and I don't believe in bashing or bullying people. Way to go elite, you actually screwed me over bad. Worse than one star.Very disappointed in the service and I will never go back.

Called in and received a price to do muffler work. Got there and the guy said they would get it in and give me a price. Told him he already gave a price and he said they would not be able to honor it. Two months later, made appointment for 4 cars to get oil change in one day and took the day off to get it done. Arrived to drop off the first car and he said that they would only be able to get 2 in at most, otherwise it would take half of their day. Never again.

I had a very different experience. The manager couldn't have been less helpful when I brought my car in for an estimate. Required to use Elite for some warranty work, it was immediately obvious that the manager did not want my business and equally obvious when he failed to respond to a follow-up inquiry. I congratulate the manager on running such a successful shop -- one that can afford to turn away and turn off customers like me. (BTW, the shop that is now doing the work has already received hundreds of my dollars for additional maintenance items...)
