Rudolph's Shoe Mart

Having to wear leg braces it's always a struggle to find a good pair of shoes. I walked in, was immediately greeted, they listened to my struggle and concern of needing to find a shoe that not only fits right but lasts. They worked with me til I found not only one but multiple shoes! They're all fantastic I have been beyond thrilled to find my shoe place, I will never go to another shoe store again!

Very helpful and honest! Walked in there today with old New Balances that I didn't want to let go of, and walked out with a new pair that I had 100% confidence in. It's nice knowing I have a great place to go for these resources!

Art at Rudolph's is a saint. If you're looking for shoes, go elsewhere. If you're looking for a proper diagnosis of how you use your feet, whether it be for sport, work or anything else, then to be prescribed the proper footwear (which includes insoles etc) than this is the only place to go. The recommendations I was given alone made me a lifetime customer and believer in Rudolph's shoes. So the next time you're at a big box retailer looking for a size 11 in a certain shoe and the sales guy says "everything we have is out in the aisle for you to self- serve trying them on" head to Rudolph's and let the experts put you in foot heaven.

Great place to go buy shoes! I have been shopping here for shoes for years, especially since they carry New Balance's higher number shoes that I wear at work since I'm on my feet the majority of the day. The salespeople are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I also appreciate that they called around to other stores to find my size so I could get my shoes sooner.My husband came with me since we were out running errands and was going to go elsewhere to buy (cheaper) running shoes, but with the help he was given at Rudolph's, he ended up buying them here. They took his feedback and didn't make him try on shoes that they knew wouldn't work. He also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell him a more expensive shoe when a shoe that was on sale would work for him. He was only disappointed that they don't carry the boots he needed for work because of how helpful they were for his running shoes!

What an education. Already a New Balance wearer, I walked in to try on a pair of shoes. Art, very nice store manager, looked down at my feet and nonchalantly said the size of the New Balance 993s I was wearIng. He measured my foot, confirmed some of my size suspicions, and made some recommendations that were helpful and informative. Bought a pair of NB court shoes and will defiantly be back for future runners. Thanks Art.
