Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Lincoln

Games were pretty fun! Expensive but we did win a few things from the claw machine soooo. A little pricey tho(don't spend it all in one place)

Went bowling at 10pm - There was no food, no alcohol, and no TP in the bathroom. We bowled for an hour and after many issues, we asked for a refund for the last hour of bowling. We were denied this. Will never be back again.

So, if you decide to set up a party with Round 1, get ready for the run around, being ignored, and terrible customer service. My family decided to have a party at Round 1 for a birthday and we were excited to do so! We'd been there before for the arcade and thought it would be fun to add in the bowling and billiards. When trying to set up the reservation, we were told it should be taken care of, but then someone called and said they needed paperwork signed. I went in to sign the paperwork and the party planner wasn't there. They had told us over the phone that anyone could help us with the reservation since it was set up online. No one knew where the paperwork was. No one knew about our reservation. Nothing! I spoke with a manager, Hannah Fay, and she was helpful and promised me that she would make sure a party planner would be there the next day. I made sure to call before I went out again and was informed the party planner would be there, and she was. Was able to get the paperwork completed. I thought after that was done, we would have no further problems. I was wrong.We get there at the time of the party with a 3 hour slot. I waited for someone to help me check in for 10 minutes. Apparently the party planner, a different one, was in charge of it. That 10 minutes went into our timeframe cutting down to under 3 hours of time. We had an all inclusive reservation for 15 people! 15! If you know their prices, that isn't a small dollar amount to spend. When checking in, they didn't even verify anything. Not the total amount of people. Not when we wanted our food. Nothing. We had requested a karaoke room for our base and then we didn't get the microphones. The person in charge of our food was kind and made sure that was done properly. The room didn't have a trash can or bag. We had to go ask for that. We had set times for billiards and bowling. They only gave us 4 sticks and 1 table. Again, total amount of 15 people. 4 sticks and 1 table sounds like it isn't going to cover that. There are 3 tables and the other 2 were not being used! I understand limitations but again, 15 people were in this party. When bowling came up, I had originally been told we would get 3 lanes. It was in the paperwork. They gave us 2 lanes. How many people were in the party again? 15. It is only 5 people per lane. Then, when one of the lanes got jammed, we requested help through the monitor and waited for 10 minutes and still had to get someone to fix it. When we only had 5 minutes left of play, they stopped the game. We were given the runaround in the beginning. We were ignored at the actual party. Not one manager came and asked us how things were. Not one employee truly even helped us, minus the man who was bringing us our food. Customer service was needed and we didn't receive it. This place now has a very bitter and sour taste to us and we honestly will never reserve a party or even come back for the arcade.

Love going here for the arcade games and claw machines. The staff is pretty friendly and the atmosphere is nice. It feels cleaner than a Dave and Buster's.I will say the claw machines can be a bit expensive on the credits side but the plushies and figurines that you can win are very good quality. I haven't had any with stitching issues.Bowling is also a little expensive although it's nice having everything under one roof (bowling, arcade, bollards, karaoke). Having a membership will help with the prices.Membership cards are $6 a year and if you plan on going maybe like once a month, I would sign up.

Wow, what a nice place! It's very clean. I was there right when they opened for the day, so it was pristine. Yes, it's a little pricey, but if I lived close enough to visit more frequently, I know there are perks to being a member through their app that would help with that.The claw machines were all quite difficult, which was what I expected, especially being there right as they opened. I did end up with maybe 2500 tickets to redeem. Their ticket prizes are "priced" quite a bit higher than what I feel like I've experienced at similar places such as Dave & Busters, Main Event & Great Wolf Lodge. But since I live hours away, I wanted to go ahead and redeem what I had earned for the day.I didn't necessarily find the employees to be all that friendly, although I didn't really have to interact with them much, mostly just the guy inthe "store" and he wasn't rude, but seemed a little like he's rather be anywhere but there.It's a stunning arcade though. It was so nice to be in an arcade that wasn't run down with broken machines, etc.

Games are not working. Will take your credits and you get nothing. No one will help you, no one cares. Can't even get a bottle of water because they are "allout". Thanks for nothing.

Waited 30 minutes for a burger when there was no wait on food. Got the burger and it was the wrong one. 45 minutes later, still no burger. At least I got a refund. Games are cool at least.

Not much food (only burgers and nachos). Called this morning and specifically asked if there would be food tonight due to seeing other bad reviews on here, I was told there would be food. Talked to the manager and he didn't make it right, apologize, or seem to care about the problem. It also takes forever to bowl because the pins are so slow. Don't come if you're hungry!

Everything bad written in the reviews are accurate. No food even when we called before to see if they would be open, was blamed on low staffing, yet multiple people were in the office just sitting on their phones. Stuff is broken left and right. Balls just randomly stop coming back.

From my experience at round one it has been nothing but issues. from the staff not wanting to do their job and always waiting on management to even step onto the floor. Want to play arcade games? Oh you can't, why? because they're always broken or never working properly. the food and beverage area is never open the hours posted and you might get your food sent out wrong. You might find hospitality in some staff but from most you'll get eye rolls and sigs because you need help.
