We have stopped here several times. Yesterday was the second time. Both stops have been during posted open day/time. Doors were locked and we have not been in so far.

Rose Cat Coffee Company is a welcoming, inclusive, and cozy place. From the super sweet staff to the tasty drinks this place is great! There are lots of different drink options. I got an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and caramel drizzle. I really loved it! They have tons of books you can read while you are there and cute cat decor. They have tons of flavors of Italian sodas they make too which is super cool! They have homemade baked goods as well which I would definitely want to try next time. I really love this new coffee spot!

The most adorable coffee shops in the middle of Lincoln. Great coffee and HUGE rice crispy treats! Lovely reading spots and a puzzle board. Very inclusive and friendly. Highly recommended over any major chain shop for a chill vibe to start your day.
