Romeo's Mexican Food & Pizza

It's Nacho typical Mexican restaurant for sure, but you get some bang for your buck. Let's set the stage: you walk in and it looks like a Pizza Hut was turned into a Mexican restaurant, which is fitting since they also serve pizza. Their cheese sauce is basically canned nacho cheese heated up, I'm not complaining, it was bomb. The plates came and we could have fed the entire six top with one entree, the portions were massive. I slaughtered my plate and the pitcher of margs, left full and happy.

My favorite location! Super nostalgic to my childhood and love that nothing has really changed. Last visit this last weekend was great. We went Saturday night at 530 and it's was busy but not over crowded. I noticed the soft taco was a little different. It wasn't bad but it was not as crispy. The cheese dip as always is the best part. I wish they had more margarita options like spicy but they are a family restaurant so I understand. The frozen strawberry and mixed with lime is so so good!!

Love Romeo's so so so much! My sister moved to Lincoln and has missed it so much. Today I decided to surprise her and brought her a pitcher of margaritas, burrito and rice smothered in cheese of course. She was THRILLED! She said it made her day. I was a little concerned about the to-go margarita because it seemed a little pricey but it ended up giving 4 margaritas out of it so it was well worth it. Everything was absolutely delicious and I cannot wait to be back!

The value of Romeos is unmatched. The food is good, the amount of food you get for a low cost is amazing. Who doesn't want tacos and pizza. Staff is always friendly. It's not a fancy date atmosphere, but it's a great place to grab a margarita and food with friends or family.

I love authentic Mexican food however Romeo's is 100% Tex Mex and I love it. I can't comment on anything other than the quesadilla, beef enchiladas w/red sauce, and the soft tacos because I haven't had anything else. The food they put out is the same it's been for 30+ years along with the ambience being the same as well. Fast service with food that hits the spot every time. Sure enough it's only 15.Got the old reliable chips and queso. They're good, but nothing to go out of your way for.Service is fast and friendly, even though the sign on the door says they are hiring for all positions - always a bad sign.

This was my very first visit to Romeo's off of West Center Road in West Omaha. The parking lot was filled but slots were still available by going down several more rows towards the Baker's Grocery Market area. We were seated quickly during the lunch hour and the place was larger than expected with TV screens showing the latest football game. Our server was pretty sharp, took our food and drink orders and asked if I wanted my burrito with any special type of sauce and with sour cream, which was greatly appreciated. I went with the green chili sauce due to the spiciness of the flavor. The food came out quickly and the overall taste was fine for TexMex style. I didn't go in expecting an authentic taste or feel but wanted to see why this chain has a following of people for their Mexican food or pizza. If you want chips or salsa, that is extra, and they will charge you for this. Overall, a decent experience on a dreary day in West Omaha.

The food is amazing. Service is Amazing. The atmosphere is also very chill and that's all i have to say.

My wife and I ate here about 7:30 on Friday night. We were greeted nicely and seated quickly. Our server had drinks to us very quickly. It took very little time to place our order, and the order came quite quickly. We both placed special orders, and both meals were correct. The food was very hot and tasted awesome. This place is always good. The selection is great too. We like to see it is a place where people bring their kids of all ages. We hope they are around for a long time to come. Great job folks!!!
