Renting an apt shouldn't be a safety issue. I don't feel safe at all here and no one gives a shit at Richdale.

My friend was so excited to move in to Rockledge Oaks.She was upfront with her financesShe is on disability, She toured the apartment with her friend and then with me both times ask about utilities.... Electric ONLYTHEY LIED, BURIED in The Lease You Pay for Gas, ELECTRIC, WATER AND garbageAnd your charged for all the amenities!!!

After living at The Fairways At Lincoln Apartments, this community has exceeded my expectations. I can sincerely call this place my home. After hopping around apartment complexes in college, my husband and I were determined to find a unique, sweet apartment that we would never want to leave and look forward to going home to, especially after a really rough experience at my previous apartment complex.Our apartment has so much character. It has a gas fireplace, super soft carpet, an all white kitchen, amazing bathroom space with a huge tub, several walk-in closets, high ceilings on top of it being vaulted, with crown molding all around. It's so unique you wouldn't be able to find this much character and warmth in another community.The staff are so quick to respond with any question you have. We hardly hear or even see our neighbors, but when we're fortunate enough to run into them in the hallway, they're so kind. We have gotten fairly close to a family who lives in a building across from us, our next door neighbor will check in with our dog if we're gone long periods of time, and everyone know's the names of each other -- especially if they have a dog. Everyone is so, so kind!The surrounding yards, BBQ courtyard, pool, and gym are very nice and very well taken care of. Everyone is great about cleaning up after their pets too. We had a huge snow storm here just last week and the complex was up and running helping people's trapped cars, plowing every single parking spot, and providing salt on the sidewalks so there's no risk of falling from the ice during the storm.They have indoor mail lockers, but the package lockers are super cool and secure, so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing your package, (an issue I had at the Fairways)After having someone try and break into my place at the Fairways, safety is so important to me. I have NEVER felt unsafe or nervous in our apartment. NEVER. They have a two door system for each building so it takes a fob or a code to get in.If we have a plumbing issue they get it fixed ASAP and will do their best to make sure it's taken care of if it's an emergency over the weekend and holidays.We love living super close to the Fareway Meat Market, Dinos, and Scooters making it easy to grab groceries, or go on a quick date.I look forward to coming home after long days to this community. When it's time for my husband and I to buy a home, we have some VERY high expectations because of Richdale. We couldn't be more thankful for Rockledge Oaks.

This apartment complex is expensive. They will take you for a ride for every nickel and dime you have. It is tough to get out of their lease as the lease requires 60 days notice. Then they will wait and will not lease the apartment until the end of the lease leaving you to pay the full amount of the lease term. These people use that lag time to renovate the 17 year old apartments. They have no intention of mitigating.

Bed bugs!! Stay away!! Front office does nothing but make excuses not to fix this problem

This place is charging old tenants to renovate apartments after moving out, be aware of you currently live there. I am currently going to court with these people. Take picture and videos when moving out or you will be there next victim

I love living here the leasing staff is so friendly. The maintenance guys are great and fix any problems right away. I enjoy all of the features in my apartment, especially the tall ceilings and fireplace! Not to mention the outdoor hot tub!
