Rockbrook Women's Gym

This is my first time having a gym membership anywhere and I'm so pleased with it! From the 24/7 access to all the many workout options. There really is something for all levels of exercise. I'm so excited to continue my fitness journey here!

I've never felt this comfortable at the gym. It's everything I want (clean, quiet, accessible, well maintained) and nothing I don't want (sweat drips or pools on equipment, loud music, multiple tvs tuned to news, crowded, show offs).

Fantastic facility. Clean, great classes, 24 hour access, a wide variety of weights, machines, and equipment and women only. Friendly and professional management, I highly recommend this facility!

Love RWG! It's open whenever I need it and the classes, trainers, and the owner are wonderful! Very nice clientele, too.

Just started at the gym a month ago. It's like a brand-new space! Love the support and the new classes that are free with membership. Loving it!!!

**Update! Rockbrook Women's Gym is under new ownership and I love, love, love this place! I have been a member of several different gyms in the past and I have finally found my home! Rockbrook is a place I can go and have that "me" time without the stress of being self conscious about how I look or not knowing how to use a piece of equipment. Everyone I have met in the gym, both staff and members, have been super friendly and helpful. Recent updates to the gym are AMAZING! New equipment added, fresh paint, new floors and everything is clean and organized. Love the positive vibes as soon as I walk in the door and I always leave feeling great! If you are looking for a gym where you look forward to going to, this is it!

Trainers are great but the management is ridiculous. Owner never responds and hasn't taken dues out for 4 months. The carpets have not been cleaned since I joined 4 years ago. Classes keep getting removed nd not replaced.

My previous review stated that I was glad I never gave this business my bank account information for an ACH withdrawal. Unfortunately the owner did keep my debit card number which was supposed to be destroyed after the charge. After cancelling my membership with this facility in September 2014 and paying the cancellation fee, the owner charged my account on January 7, 2015 over $200. I have called and emailed asking that she rectify this mistake. She has not returned my phone calls or replied to my email. Luckily I did keep the email that the owner sent to me in September acknowledging the cancellation of my membership, return of the keys and an offer to waive the activation fee if I wanted to come back to the gym. I have had to report the charge as fraudulent and unauthorized to my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BANKING INFORMATION!!!
