Rockbrook Swimming Pool

We got tired of the short seasons and overall lack of comfort with Omaha city pools and decided to join rockbrook. The membership fee is very reasonable and there is the opportunity to have that reduced if you help with some pre season maintenance.Perks are long season, ability to bring adult beverages, ideal pool temp, typically ample availability of chairs and limited concession stand. You can also bring up to 5 guests.Downside is we found the rules to be a little loose which was challenging- kind of a free for all near the diving board and slide, no rules about pushing, running, flipping off the sides, squirt guns, etc. with very young kids that may create some stress and there were a few times we were simply annoyed. We overall enjoyed the season and amenities that came with a private pool membership and plan to do it again next year.

We have been members at Rockbrook for 5 years. It is a great pool. The community is friendly. The lifeguards are great. And the swim team is the best in the city!
