Beyond happy with everything aiding in our experience here. Ordered the special Caprese Pizza, Spicy chicken pizza, and chicken sandwich; all exceptional. Would eat again without question. Each beer we tried was great. Our favorites were nuttier than squirrel turds, doll face, and stop it Rocco. Definitely worth the drive from Omaha. Will be coming back another time.

Roc Hopper is a brewery you'd expect to find in a larger town. The interior is comfortable and nicely appointed with art that can be purchased along the walls. The beer selection is impressive and while none of the them blew me away, none of them were bad. My favorite of the four I tried was the Honu Turtle Porter which tastes like the candy. They also serve a variety of pizzas. I recommend Roc Hopper to anyone in the area or even if you're looking to take a short road trip from Omaha.

In a town where they celebrate their German heritage you would think the town's craft beer brewery would primarily adhere to the German Purity Law to brew beer. Instead they add unnecessary flavoring to most all of their beers. Beer that tastes like candy?? Really? Good craft beer, including German style beers, do not need peanut butter, snickerdoodle, coconut, honey, vanilla, lime and all sorts of juice added to make a good beer. No Hefeweizen? No Maibock? No Doppelbock? No Märzen? No Schwarzbier? No Kölsch? One token Altbier?

Stopped here after a baseball game and I thought I was in another city! This place is large, new, clean and smells great! It kinda looks like a sports bar/microbrewery/art gallery that you are quite surprised would be in Syracuse Nebraska! Unfortunately I didn't take any pics because my phone was dead (they let me charge it behind the bar) but I can tell you that the margarita pizza, the grilled Italian panini, the pressed lemon ricotta appetizer and all the beers were fantastic. They have plenty of tv's and a bunch of seating and if you are so inclined, you can spend $8000 on a canvas painting of Elton John!! I will be back!!

Visited here for a birthday party held in the back room area. Food was good (pizza) and service was friendly and timely. They have a large and varied beer selection. I would stop again if I was in Syracuse.
