I had 2 trees installed by Roberts Nursery 2 weeks ago. One of the trees was installed at an angle, which the crew tried to correct by pushing against the tree to hold it up while another guy staked it. 6 days later we had a storm that mist have loosened one of the stakes because the tree was leaning back at the angle they installed it at in the morning, exactly one week after install. I called that morning and left a message -this was a Saturday. An employee by the name of Coleleen finally called me back Tuesday morning and quoted me $285 to fix it. I only (and already) paid them $75 to put the tree in, so that quote was absurd. I pushed back because the tree had been in the ground only 7 days and they put it in the ground that way. She said she'd talk to the owner and call back. She called back about 20 minutes later, saying she misquoted me and the owner said it was only $45-$55 to restake. Again I pushed back because had they installed it correctly, we wouldn't have this problem. At that point, Colleen or Coleleen got real nasty and rude. I responded accordingly and let her know that I didn't want to argue with her further, schedule it and charge me, but they've lost my business. Now a couple things. This was my first purchase from Roberts, and last. I spent $1200 the week before they installed the trees, between purchasing the trees and a couple other plants. I realize that's not a lot to some, but it's a good amount. When the tree installers came, I sat on my patio 20 feet from them the entire time. While 2 loaded the truck back up with their tools, a third watered the trees. He walked back towards the front of the house, I assumed he was putting my hose back, but 2 minutes later, I saw them driving down the street. Not once did they say anything to me, nor did they ask if I was satisfied before leaving. They didn't even let me know they were leaving. Most reputable companies check to ensure satisfaction before leaving. So now I have my bill for $45 which I'll pay. It's not the amount that I have an issue with, it's the principal of the matter that they installed the tree leaning and then charged me to fix it a week after install, after I paid to have it installed already. Even with all that, I likely would have returned, but it was the woman's attitude and her nastiness and rudeness that guaranteed I won't be a repeat customer. A company should stand by their work, and that company is not Roberts Nursery. If you are looking for a company to plant trees for you, I'd recommend anyone else. That all said, there is a very sweet and knowledgeable woman who works there, and she's pretty amazing.

My sister and I came here over the summer for some trees and plants. We came in twice. Once to check prices and what they have in stock and the second time with our list and to purchase. We went in the second time and with our organized list we got all our plants and scheduled our tree to be planted. Service was good but we didn't need much help because we already knew what we wanted. I look forward to going back eventually and seeing how well the service is when I have questions. They did offer the kids free lemonade which was very nice.

Robert's has a wonderful retail showroom with unique items that do not find at other places. I got a Celtic cross yard stone that is beautiful. Also purchase a few hanging baskets. Service is well done & very accommodating to needs. Thank You !

My son and I went into look at trees for sale and noticed the showroom looks great! Sarah was my sales lady and was very knowledgeable about the Japanese maple we wanted.Sarah explained what their guys would do when planting. All in all a welcoming business with Sarah helping us.

Got a beautiful water feature for our back patio at a great price. Robert's delivered it and the delivery people helped me wrestle it around to the back of our house and place it. Everyone was very helpful and the service was great! Love this place

Robert stayed on top of our landscaping project and made himself available by email and call/text. The week before he called to verify we were all set to move forward and stopped by to ensure we would get exactly what we envisioned for our yard. His crew showed up first thing in the morning and wrapped up early afternoon. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. Robert called to follow up after the project was complete to ensure we were satisfied. We would highly recommend them!

My first experience with Robert's Nursery was in 2009. It was a no brainer from that point on who would provide my landscaping services. The most recent project was not your average design, but that in NO WAY stopped the 3 gentlemen who worked on installation in doing a stellar job.We're talking right down to precision cutting the pavers for a curve.Robert's has not merely "maintained" their quality landscape services over the years.....they've excelled. From start to finish, I know I will be the proud owner of an awesome, well designed and installed product.

I recently had a landscape project completed by Robert's Nursery that turned out better than I imagined. The entire process from the first visit to give me the estimate to the completed project was awesome. They started the project a day earlier than they had it scheduled, during the entire process they kept the mess contained to the area and when they finished they even swept the street so no one would even know they were here except for the beautiful completed project.
