I really enjoyed Cody. He does a great job, and is honest and works with you. He doesn't do any work without you giving him the go ahead and if he can save you money he does. It is refreshing to have honest car labor and they will come to you if you need it...honestly a good deal for your buck.

Let me say, I can't believe I'm the first to write a yelp review of Roaming Wrench and Cody. First of all, you just have every reason to feel good about taking your car here after talking with the owner. It's a true mom and pop shop that literally is in the process of opening a physical location, but has been running a Mobile repair truck for about the last two years. His Facebook reviews are outstanding, having 5.0 out of 16 reviews. Not a lot but still enough to feel open enough to calling them for the first time about three weeks ago. After talking to the owner Cody, I felt completely at ease into taking my car there for suspension work. He was open about how he works and how he prices. It made me feel like he was my neighbor helping me out. Being a small shop, I did have to set my appointment a week out but worth the wait. Unfortunately, I literally lost a wheel before I could get it in, and called Cody at 4 pm on a Saturday asking if I could bring it in early. He started making calls right away trying to help me find a flatbed and told me he would look at it first thing Monday. I was very surprised to find out that he would be calling me on Saturday and Sunday to let me know what repairs needed to be done to be able to get to completely solve my suspension issues. It took some time but Cody was able to remove an almost fused wheel hub from the axel and keep the job at what I literally think is me stealing from him price. He also thoroughly went through everything else after the initial repairs to make sure my vehicle will be safe and reliable, and that nothing else was severely damaged. Plus, he can do mobile calls not for not much more which I feel I will definitely be using him in the future for. My only caveat is be reasonable with his time. It's a small mom and pop shop so a major issue like mine with all the extra diagnosing he went through may take an extra day or so. Be smart. For what I was expecting to be a much more involved repair, I opted to take the vehicle to him so he could have access to the vehicle at his shop to work on in between his other appointments. This is something that I felt would not be the best mobile repair type of call. Cody's honesty, down to earth, no b.s. and prices are all worth the time for a job well done that I feel like I have piece of mind over. I can also do a lot of my own basic car repairs such as brakes, alternators, belts, etc. Because of his prices for both quality parts and his labor, I will definitely be considering passing off some of those things I do now...

I had some significant front end issues, (tie rod end, struts, sway bar linkages) that I had looked at by another shop in town. The other shop gave me a pretty expensive quote, so I thought I'd get a second opinion. I decided to reach out to about 10 local companies on Facebook and Cody at Roaming Wrench was the first and only person to get back to me that day. He was amazing to work with and he checked the other shop's work and found that they had quoted me on service that wasn't necessary. The price he gave me was far more reasonable and he ordered the parts right away.Later, the sway bar linkage that was installed unfortunately failed, but Roaming Wrench stood by their work and I was able to get it fixed under their labor and parts warranty for no charge. This was a quick fix, and I got my car back the same day. Very honest and quick to respond to questions or concerns.
