Horrible at communication and giving receipts if it's a remote order. Not worth the hassle. Do not recommend them!

Last year I purchased one trophy for our family March Madness comp. I had selected one, Gai, called and said there would be a $15 set up fee, but had other options that wouldn't have the fee. I selected one, paid $13.75. This year we ordered the same thing, but now there is a $15 set up fee, the trophy isn't engraved at all, either sublimated on or used a cricut to cut/paste it on. I said why the change?? She said that everything in the store has a $15 set up fee. I spent $31 for this trophy. I had already placed the order, otherwise I would have cancelled. Did some Google searching and found a website with great trophies for $6 and NO extra fees. Not sure why they don't just list their prices with the set up fee included. SO, beware, if you go to purchase just ONE items, you will be paying a ton for it.When we got home, the neck of the bobble head trophy was broke, there was scuff marks on the basketball and the plate with the name and such was not straight. Had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. The one lady that helped me was nice, but the small lady with brown hair is rude, I don't think she knows how to smile. Check elsewhere if you are needing just one item, don't waste money like I did.

The item submitted to this company went in pristine condition, however prior to being placed in acrylic was damaged. There has been no resolution to this matter. If you cherish the item being handled I would never voluntarily use this company. The outcome was exceptionally disappointing.
