Maureen is AMAZING! I walk out of her office feeling incredible every time. From acupuncture to cupping to everything in between. She really knows the human body and how to treat its current needs!!

I wish I could give more than five stars! Every time I leave a session, I feel clearer in my head and just better overall. Maureen provides an amazing service beyond acupuncture. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. I really appreciate that she takes the time to explain the basics of Chinese medicine and the reason behind certain points. She is always open to answer any questions and is genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. I have and will continue to refer her to everyone who asks about the benefits of acupuncture.

The Best, is a statement most people use to place emphasis on a one time experience. I would like to use THE BEST when explaining how consistent the service, quality, and expertise is at River Point Acupuncture. The initial call in to make a reservation is warm, welcoming and beyond encouraging that you will have a fantastic experience. The customer service provided by the front desk is unlike any helpful smile. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a smell unlike anywhere else. It is a smell I yearn for one days I am not visiting the clinic. Each time your arrival is anticipated with a fresh glass of water, the door opened for you and welcoming phrase to ask how you are doing. The next best thing happens, Maureen (owner and practicing acupuncturist) greets you with a contagious smile and open arms. You walk back into the private and calming room to discuss what is going on, what you want to work on and just to do an overall check in. After the consult is over, instructions are given with what you will work on for the day. Maureen walks you through what she is doing, what specific point she is targeting and how you will see the difference once you have processed. The most glorious lavender eye pad is placed on your eyes to encourage rest while the points get to work, she leaves the room after a few deep breaths and rest begins. After a good length in time, roughly 30 minutes, Maureen comes back in the room and discusses how you feel, next steps and how to keep the benefits of acupuncture afloat post departure. I can't say enough phenomenal things about River Point, you truly need to experience it yourself. More than 5 stars in my book...!
