I started looking for a very specific gold chain for my husband for his birthday. I stopped into Westroads to look at a few jewelry stores. This was my first stop and it was super informative. The clerk not only told me the name of the specific chain link but showed me a variety of different chains with different thickness, weight, width etc. I am still looking for the perfect one but I do believe I had great service with helpful staff, if you're looking for jewelry this is a great place to begin.

I'm not one to write reviews but my experience at this store was so appalling I had to write my first one. My fiancé and I went in to browse engagement rings for me (we planned on waiting to find his). Lexi, who was the acting manager, helped us. When I say us, I mean my fiancé. I could count on one hand the number of times she spoke directly towards me in the entire hour we were there. Mind you, I am in no way, shape, or form a jealous person. However, she actively avoided me and my suggestions. She showed me several rings, all of which were nearly identical. I expressed multiple times why I didn't like them (they all had the exact same shape and style, something I had tried to discuss with her as soon as we entered the store). Unfortunately, she was too focused on my fiancé to actually listen to my ideas of what I was looking for. Eventually I just gave up because her mind was not on helping me. Instead we began looking for men's rings (again, we had no intentions of looking for his at this time). When she was sizing his hand she slid the sample ring up and down his finger (YES, exactly in the way you're thinking!!), for a good 15 seconds. Now, I used to work retail so I understand a little flirty behavior to make a sale, I have zero problem with that. What I have a problem with is the blatant disregard for my relationship, why this woman thought what she was doing was even remotely appropriate is beyond my comprehension. When my fiancé asked why he should have a little wiggle room with the ring she said "well, Lexi won't always be around to help you take it off" in a tone that made me PAINFULLY uncomfortable. I felt so disrespected and disgusted, the last time I saw a woman act with this behavior at a place of business was at the strip club. And I do NOT say that lightly. If you ever plan on shopping at this store, I highly discourage going to the Westroads location; Lexi, the "manager", is WILDLY unprofessional and should never EVER be the face of a company.
