Rib Shack Smoke House

I'm so happy we have Rib Shack, I just wanted to give an update. Good service Good staff Clean establishment Still a bit of a wait time but always worth it for fresh food Food was sooooo good!!! The Mac and cheese, the greens, the baked beans and that got fresh fried catfish was on point. If you haven't yet, give them a try.

This is my first experience here and to be honest, I probably will not be back. Two of the items I tried to order were not available (ribs and turkey) so I settled for something I really didn't want. Service was nice, but the atmosphere and food really wasn't to my liking whatsoever.To be honest, I tried to go to a different barbecue place earlier, but they were closed so this was a stop in try. I'm glad I tried it but know, I won't be back. Yes, I did say they did not have ribs, and turkey. Funny how you go to a barbecue place and they don't have ribs or turkey available. SMH.

The bbq, potato salad and cornbread were tasty!Husband enjoyed the ribs and baked beans.We went twice in one week and it's become a family

Wow! Been driving by this place for four years. Thank God I stopped! Malcom and his family were so welcoming but the food! Shut the front door! Big portions. Amazing flavor. Homemade peach crisp and sweet potato pie. The baked beans are meaty and the Mac and cheese speaks for itself! I will definitely be back!

Best food in Omaha hands down!! Fresh to order! I didn't even make it out the parking lot! I got a fish dinner, rib tips and the best burger on the menu all amazing

Awesome authentic BBQ. The ribs tips are meaty. BBQ sauce has just enough kick. Their macaroni and cheese is incredible (and I hate machine and cheese). It's baked and made with tons of real cheese. Came here by chance, will definitely make the choice to return!​​

Catfish was fresh and cripsy. Well seasoned, not salty. Sides were good. Also got their fried okra and crinkle cut fries. Total was $29 for all of it. Not bad. Would definitely go back! Service was also excellent, did a pick up order so it was only a 5 minute interaction.

If you haven't tried this place it's a must! I had the ribs which were amazing. My husband had a burger... its was so big he couldn't finish it. When we got there (our first time) the owners brought out a sample plate. Everything was sooo good it made it hard to chose.... I got the mac&cheese.... Absolutely the best,as well as the collard greens. The best collards greens I've had in Omaha. The owner Malcom took time to explain his journey to how he ended up here and why. Really and truly these people have been to hell and back....but never gave up on their faith,marriage or dream. This is a hidden gem... give it a try. You WON'T regret it!

My daughter took my husband and I out to lunch and it was our first time there. Oh my! This barbecue was so good! The sandwiches and the sides were some of the best. I know we'll be back again.Also, the owners are so nice and accommodating. I encourage everyone to go give this place a visit!

The bbq just wasn't that great, ribs were dry and the bbq sauce was bland. The baked beans were great but the Mac n cheese was average. Staff was nice and it's a cool little hole in the wall place. I will not be going back.
