After a failed attempt with another real estate agent, we contracted Rhonda Rogers to sell our downtown Lincoln condo. She quickly pointed out items that needed correcting that the previous agent did not provide us along with rationale for making these corrections. We believe her networking skills, professionalism, and prompt service enabled us to sell our unit faster than expected at a very good price along with a quicker escrow period. Overall, we were very pleased with the results and with Rhonda Rogers. Rhonda reached out to us when we put an inquiry in on Zillow. She offered to help us look for a house that would fit our needs. Rhonda sent me a list of houses fitting our requested needs, and when I inevitably tweaked our list of demands, she promptly provided a new group of listings. Rhonda found the perfect house for us and did a great job looking out for areas of concern when buying a home. She continually kept us informed and is very knowledgable. Rhonda was always available at every step of the home buying process. She answered our questions without hesitation and was overall wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend!

Rhonda did an incredible job throughout the entire home buying process. From our first conversation over the phone I provided her with a price range and some features and desired layouts. She listened to my needs and quickly provided some initial homes to match. As we began viewings in person she continued to tailor her results, noting details i liked and didn't about each home. Rhonda was very patient throughout and I never felt uncomfortable telling her "no" to particular home. I could tell she was genuinely looking to sell me the home that I wanted and she was willing to show me as many homes as it took until I found it.
