This place makes me so excited! I needed a shirt just a few hours before the Super Bowl and had no idea this place makes custom shirts until I walked in thinking they sold shirts like any other place. The staff was super helpful, I handed him the idea I had, he put it on a shirt, and it was ready in less than an hour! It came out awesome and cheaper than the shirts I'd find at a sports store! I'll definitely be going back for March madness

I'm giving this place a one star.My family and I stop at this store to get two kids shirts made. The assistant was helping two people so I hop in line behind them. Waiting my turn the associate stop helping the people that were before me to talk to the people in line behind us. Finally he starts going back to help the customers in front of us again. He finally recognize us standing there. Asked if we needed a custom made T-shirt. I said yes " he said well MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR DUCKES IN A ROLE ITS GONNA TAKE 15 minutes to get the shirt made if you want it made tonight. I said ok I have everything ready "He said OK SO YOUR GONNA WAIT I SAID YES. He said it's best you just go online make it. It's not my first time here. I turned said something to my boyfriend about how he was talking to me rudely. My boyfriend agreed said yes he has a attitude.The associate asked If I had a problem I told your associate I wasn't talking to him. I was talking to my boyfriend he said "good cause I don't need anyones attitude today. I resounded I don't have a attitude but I can give you one. He then starts yelling at me saying " good cause I can close this store right now if your gonna have a attitude. I said ok if that how you feel about my business I can take it somewhere else. He said good told me to pretty much to get out. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager he said of course you do and his not here right now. I told the associate I was going to call and talk to the manager. He said good I'll just tell him my side of the story. I told him I was gonna post how he treated me on Facebook and yelp he said ok I hope you do. Now have been in this store many times. I have never been treated like this. Obviously the assistant was having a bad day he took it out on my family and I. This guy took one look at my skin color and assumed I had a attitude. Yes I emailed the store manager. All he said was he would have a talk with his associates about this. I feel like that owner didn't really care. If he did he would have done more the just have a talk. I will never return to this place.

This place blew my mind. The service was amazing. Brad R. was the man that night - he was amazing. He jumped right in and worked with me on the shirt that I was trying to make. He did amazing - I had a very simplistic thought of what I wanted on the shirt and he tweaked it to the point that it was a masterpiece. He was so kind and helpful that as I was walking out of the store I was thinking of 3 more shirts that I want to make and I will definitely request him to help me out with them.

Got some merch printed here super last minute while I was on tour. The shirts came out great, and the service was fast and easy. Thanks Nick for hookin us up!

Sometimes we can't plan ahead, as life comes at us fast and we're just forced to respond on a dime. Retro Shirtz has come through in the clutch multiple times when I've needed high-quality branded t-shirts created and delivered on the same day. The coolest part is that they work with you on the design right there at the counter, sharing their computer screen with you as they go. This ensures that the vendor and you are on the same page and keeps the process moving efficiently. They produce quality work with quick turnaround in a fun and funky atmosphere. I would highly recommend if you're a business that needs to create swag on a budget and have to get things turned around pronto. 5 stars are well deserved here!

Quick, clean, professional! I recently got some tester shirts made here that I plan on selling for my business. The colors came out great and very neat. I brought my own shirts for the test and had my design ready for speedy service. If your bring your own shirts you do have to sign a waiver. The shirts also has to be at least 80% cotton and no synthetic material blend. They do have shirts on site, however I didn't find these shirts to be the softness I was looking for. The staff was very helpful with my design and even helped edit some mistakes I missed. They also save your designs so if you come back you can get it printed almost immediately. Overall they were great and I plan on returning to buy in stock.

The employee assisting us made me feel so rushed. I told him I felt rushed and he didn't adjust his way of communication. There was no rapport building. There was no patience or empathy. I left the store so frustrated and anxious that I cried immediately. I will not be going there again and will not recommend this business from my experience.

Really poor customer service and it doesn't seem like the staff or the owner care at all. I had an issue last year with the customer service and thought I'd give them another opportunity for my business. I was told because I left a 1 star review last year and chose to express my dissatisfaction they weren't going to place the order. It's important to note at that time I did hang up on them last year; however, they were very rude and I could tell the conversation wasn't going to improve. I was not rude or difficult at that time. Clearly the priority here is just making a fast buck on shirts and screw the customer otherwise. Pretty awful!

Cheeky and casual, Retro Shirtz was everything you would want in a novelty clothing shop. The variety of slogans and images available on a spectrum of colored cotton was refreshing, if not a bit reminiscent of the Co-Ed sportswear line from the 90s. The key innovation here, however, is the inclusion of a custom design option. I had a particular image in mind for a shirt that was to be a gift. Literally, it took the designer (Brad) minutes to draw and prepare my image for printing. At several points during my interactions with the store owner (Andy) I felt a bit like I was being oversold the product; however, his motivation is no doubt part of what made this custom clothing shop possible. Other than some additional charges I believe were unnecessary mark-ups (and poorly displayed), I was very happy with the finished product. In sum, I believe Retro Shirtz to be an underrepresented and understated business. I would recommend it for novelty gifts and a general good laugh anytime.
