5 stars SOLELY because of Amy, Karen, and a few of the residents/guests who became like family.

Me and my family has been homeless for two months and have been saving money two get out of the so we chose this place two try to get on are feet well we have a dog (service dog) they asked where our papers for the dog was I told them I didn't know. This is after we already paid they said we have to get rid of our dog. Well the law states I don't even have to show prove they can't even ask for prove. So to keep my family out of the car in offered to put my dog in the car tell I found the paper work. They said no can't do that either the cops would get called so they forced us back out to our car. These people have no regard for the law. Not only that they don't wash the carpets my kids feet got so black from the carpets being dirty. Only gave us $100 refund out of 280 we spend staying there. This place is a dump hole for drugs. Filthy as hell. I should of got all my money back. But thankfully I got what I did. PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BREAK THE LAW HAS NO REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE UNLESS YOUR A TWEEKER OR A HOOKER THEN THEY WILL LET YOU IN .....STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST

Run away. Just run away.I made the mistake of trusting reviews on other travel sites which gushed about how nice this place is and booked a room via the phone. Their website is even deceptively cute, portraying something of a mom-and-pop bed and breakfast "home away from home" vibe.The instant I turned on the light, the very moment the photons slammed into my eyeballs and the image processed and materialized in my brain, I realized how big a mistake I'd actually made. This is a flophouse, catering to transients and meth addicts of the worst variety.First, the filth. It's everywhere. The entire room bore more filth than not. There was bubblegum ground into the carpet, black like tar, in several locations. There was evidence of someone's fluids on the floor in front of the television, caked into the fibers. Stains abound, as far as the eye can see.The closet... the closet! The closet smelled like decay, chemicals, a gas leak, urine, or all of the above. The back wall of the closet had a boarded-up door. An acrid, sour stench was coming from the other side, seeping through the frame. The bottom of the door had been sealed with duct-tape. The floor tiles were rusty and covered in filth.The bathroom had a leaky toilet with a towel placed on the floor to presumably sop it up. The porcelain in the sink was stained and the drain guard was missing. There was splashes of dried urine on the tile walls by the toilet, along with spittle and chewing tobacco. Or something worse.The shower. Shattered, rusted porcelain everywhere. Simply standing in the shower may injure your foot and/or subject you to at least some degree of fungal infection. Cracked paint everywhere. Stained curtain. Beyond gross, beyond disgusting, beyond anything I could have possibly imagined.This poor motel has clearly suffered decades of neglect at the hands of the monsters managing it. Not only is it a visual blight, but it's unsanitary and unsafe. I left, without unpacking a single bag from the trunk of my car. You will take significant risks to your health and personal safety by staying here. You have been duly warned.

I stayed at this Motel for 4 months in 2018, as I was homeless. The reviews below are quite accurate. I am banded from staying there cause, my ex brought a cat in while I was at a friend's family funeral. I asked to stay there again, as I have nowhere else. The person answering the phone said Banded. I asked for mercy and the Owner to call me. Called back 3x, was told on final call, number was given. He'll call when and if he wants to. I sincerely believe that was a lie. The manager is rude and offensive. I asked to plead my case and was denied. Why? I want to stay there because it's within walking distance of everything I need. I am quite disappointed with the treatment they gave me. I was always polite and nice to all the staff. The Owner must be ashamed of his motel too, to avoided a paying, monthly customer. Guest I needed to be a tweeker. By the way, a man hung himself in the room across the hall. It freaked me out, only reason my ex was even around. Thanks for your kind consideration. Remember Karma.

Wow! disgusting. creepy. a bit unsettling. Your go-to lodging option of last resort in Grand Island, Nebraska. One star, and overpriced if it were two. (Where's the 0 or 1/2-star option, Yelp? Sometimes "Eek! Methinks not." is not enough.)I was just driving through, needed somewhere to sleep for 6 hours or so, and planned to stay at a much nicer place with a lower rate(!). Unfortunately, most places around were fully booked, as some kind of Husker Harvest thing was in town (I'm not a sports person, but I think it has something to do with curling).Anyway, found this place on Google mobile, and being tired and bleary eyed, didn't realize it did NOT say "Residence Inn" as in the Marriott chain that actually *does* have suites. In contrast, Residence Suites' rooms are neither residences nor suites.On the bright side, any hotel I review from now on can thank this place for adjusting my general expectations down a full star. The guy checking me in did everything so painfully slowly that I thought about stepping out to father & raise some children while I waited. Once in the room, there was 50-year-old dark paneling on the walls, a bathroom in horrendous disrepair, a rusty metal staircase running 45-degrees up & across my window, and freight trains running by every 30 minutes or so. The *one* electrical outlet was behind the bed (as in, you have to move the bed to plug in your laptop, see pic).I had a very late check-in & arranged for a late check-out, but nevertheless, even with the do not disturb sign up, housekeeping banged on door repeatedly at 10:00 to say "housekeeping!" Seriously, had I not stayed here, the Seasons Inn in Reno would have been getting one star from me. Since there's no zero, 1/2 or 1 1/2 option, the only way I can express the difference is to give that place two stars. That pains me, but the law of averages must be served.

this place it's nice and affordable ofscurse is not like the big name hotel's but is clean the employees are friendly , this is my opinion

This motel is terrible, it's infested with bed bugs, has terrible staff and disgusting bathrooms. Not to mention the stairs are rusting apart

I can't even give this place 1/2 star!!! We were tired and needed a place to sleep, and the price was cheap ( you get what you pay for ) I almost cried when I seen the room - it was filthy nasty dirty !!!!! The carpets looked like people used it for a toilet ! The bathroom was so nasty ! And let's get to the awful looking bed - it was bowed in the middle and looked like it had ALOT of miles on it - RUN AWAY !!!!!!!!! We slept on top of the covers ! The train goes by every 1/2 hour !! DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOUR DESPERATE !!!! I still have nightmares of this horrid place they call a motel !
