Residence Inn by Marriott Omaha West

Stopped off for a one night stay on our trip to North Dakota. My father has stayed here before so we booked it again. This place is clean and roomy my two favorite characteristics! We got a 2 bedroom suite with two bathrooms! When your dad snores like a freight train having the second room is pure heaven! Room has a large living are with couch and desk. Nice sized kichen area with all the amenities of home. So if I wanted to cook here I could! I don't want to cook but it's nice having the option. Will definitely be back if passing through this area again.

What a dump. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, their premiere room. The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The bedsheets were not changed from prior guests. I asked for new bedding and changed them myself. Considering we are in a serious covid pandemic I find this shocking. There were human hairs on pillows and bedsheets. Floors had not been mopped in ages . Cracks in bedroom walls. Stove had not been cleaned. Even the Tv didn't work. Overall filth. Seriously ? I'm an Ambassador Elite Member and can't believe this hotel is part of their brand.

This a great place to stay on the outskirts of Omaha. We stayed in their two bedroom - two bathroom suite and loved it. It had a king in one room and a queen in the other. There was also a sofa that had a bed in it as well. The kitchen in the room was a plus! It is empty when you arrive so you can fill with whatever snacks or foods you like. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, can opener, plates, cups, etc. There is also a coffee pot and they provide coffee. The coffee I made didn't come out to my liking because the coffee is already pre-portioned out and no instructions were provided on how much water to put. Breakfast is awesome. Definitely not a continental breakfast although it includes everything from a typical continental breakfast PLUS MORE. They included pastries, scrambled eggs, cheeses, bacon, turkey sausage. In the lobby area they have board games you can play. The hotel includes outdoor seating, basketball courts, and I think a fire pit for the winter.

What an amazing group of people who work here! Our home flooded from the inside in February and then the flood of 2019 hit 5 weeks later. Our time here was great. We were treated like family as soon as we walked in the door to check in. They accommodated our dogs and didn't blink an eye when we told them they were German Shepherds.The best part of the 6 weeks was hanging out with Rose and Linda most mornings! These 2 gals are the epitome of customer service. They show heart, love and compassion. They keep cooking, stocking the food and clean up the tables all while talking to each and every person with a smile on their faces!Thank you!

Excellent accommodations for a two bedroom with two bath AND they take dogs. Not your usual hotel that is pretty friendly, this is modern and updated. $75 pet fee, lots of grassy area and plenty of parking

Awesome experience. I arrived at the hotel early evening after a long day of travel from San Diego with my family. When we arrived I discovered that my wife and I didn't coordinate our activities resulting in both of us booking a room. So we booked double the number of rooms needed.The hotel manager and representative checking us in where very understanding and let us cancel the extra room with no charge.Great staff, Great Service, Nice clean rooms and awesome experience when we arrived.

I just checked into the hotel this evening. I wanted view Fox News on my TV in my room only to discover that this hotel Residence Inn Omaha West has not programmed in either Fox News or Fox Business. I had to dial in the channel number, but when scrolling it passed the station. I will NEVER STAY at this hotel ever again, nor recommend it to anyone that is wanting to come to Omaha area.

My wife and I come to Omaha once or twice a year to see family. We always stay at this Residence Inn, the rooms are fresh, comfortable and clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet always has sufficient choices to appease anyone's needs

I'm in a studio room and I really like it here. I'll start with the kitchen. It has everything but an oven. Totally fits your needs if you are staying awhile. Full size fridge, sink, lots of counter space.It's an open floor plan of course but still 2 tv's. One in the "living room" and one in front of the beds. Lots of mirrors. The restroom is nice and spacious. What I really like about the tub is the shelving. So many times we don't have shelving to put our bottles or scrub. It's like they know. I wanted to give it 5 stars but I was disappointed they don't have USB ports. I brought my phone cord to charge my phone and couldn't. I didn't bring my plug because well.....rooms have USB ports now :/ Made do anyway. ...used my laptop but still....They have an indoor pool so that's really nice. They also have a nice seating area outside with a fire pit. Very cozy. And let's not forget the warm breakfast that's included. Staff is very nice also. O and a basketball court is on the premise. If you ever come to Omaha, stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Over all the quality of ghetto hotel is great. The rooms are upgraded and the staff is very nice. I haven't had a chance to try the free morning breakfast but plan too. This hotel is much better then the full service marriott that is a bit old.
